- There is no doubt that menopause changes things. And, while it doesn’t prevent fat loss, it does require a unique strategy. In this video, I discuss how fat storage changes as we move into menopause and how to work around those changes to make weight loss easier without resorting to hormone therapy.
In the video, you'll learn...
*How low estrogen makes belly fat more likely
*The role insulin plays in post-menopausal weight gain
*The three eating strategies that allow you to lose weight after menopause.

Thanks for the helpful information
If I may share my case...
1. Quit sweet tea, Starbucks drink, soda- lost 10 lb in 1st month without exercise nor other diet
2. I bought a treadmill and a rebounder for building an exercise habit routine
3. I started 20-30 minutes light walking then gradually increased the time to 60-80 minutes, 3-4 times a week
4. Low carb, more meats and vegetables and ample water
5. Total loss of 50 lb in 8 months so far
6. Still having a mission around belly and insomnia though, feeling much better (5’ 3”, 113lb, age 50 woman)
7. A real report!😄
Way to go H.K.!,, continued success to you!
Sunflower lecithin is said to be good fat. I can’t fast-feel like I’m starving. I hit 50, was 135lbs before then, then 150lbs. I never go up or down-stuck here since 50+ Sleep, yes, is bad. Considering natural estrogen replacement. I quit sugar, bread..still stuck at 150..I must say, haven’t got much exercise consistently since Covid, but losing my lovely trimness is a grief. I still hang onto clothes I can no longer fit into. Hope reigns though, and I’m determined. I wonder if a toxic environment contributes to this. My nana had no problem with this, so I’m not convinced it is solely an age thing..probably nutritional deficiencies here. I’ll look into this.
So happy for you! Good for you!! I sure wish this would work for me, so frustrated!!
Congratulations that’s a huge accomplishment. I got 10-15lbs to go and I am struggling but this is motivating.
I am glad it works for you. Unfortunately not for me: sweet tea, Starbucks, and soda drinks have been always out of my diet. I do not eat cookies, cake, ice cream, and other desserts at all. I eat very little cheese, meat only occasionally, almost no bread. Nonetheless, after menopause I gained 25 lb. I had to change my wardrobe completely as nothing fits anymore. It is awful. Exercise will definitely help but not without diet adjustment and I do not really know what to do about it.
This is so helpful. I was wondering what was happening to my body. At 49, I’ve entered menopause during the stress of a cross country move. But the weight gain is nothing like I’ve ever experienced. Thank you for explaining this so well.
She is like the female Dr. Eric Berg! I loved her video and how she presented the information in a simple and caring manner.
Great video! I watched as I wanted to make sure I was on the right track! I started peri-menopause when I turned 45 and full menopause when I turned 51. I am also on hormone replacement therapy. At that time I also quit smoking. I have lost over 100 lbs three times in my life time. Needless to say I was going extremely insulin resistant. I tried eating better but still packed on the weight. I needed to do something. In January 2021 I started intermittent fasting from 7pm to 1pm everyday and weight watchers. I only lost 4 lbs from January 22 to March 7. I was very discouraged and angry with myself. My sister in law told me that day about keto. I tossed all my cereal and in the trash! I have lost 80 lbs since March 7, 2021😊 I still do fasting along with healthy keto. I have 40lbs to go!!! Honestly I believe I will be able to remain low carb and low sugar for life!
that’s great! keto has been a game changer for me as well. i’m 47 & definitely in peri-menopause. i want to do hormone replacement, but am also a smoker. i am pretty terrified about the quit! alcohol was easy comparatively. do you mind if i ask how you did it?
This was explained very well. I’m 51 & have gained 20 lbs in the last 2 1/2-3 years. Never in my life have I had weight problems until now! It’s taken me quite some time to wrap my head around the keto diet & IF, but I am willing to try it now. I am desperate to get my body back!
I just turned 56, never had any weight issues whatsoever, and now I'm in a real battle. This is a great video, glad I found it!
Same here! Always slender and strong, and now I'm 20lbs overweight. It really is discouraging and hard on one's self-esteem.
I fast often.
Me too and I'm 41, why couldn't it come 50yrs old like most women? I was skinny I was never careful about what I eat and now I gained 20kg in 1 yr. I want to help myself now, I don't know were to start.
@@sandyscuba6101 i am 46 gained 15 lbs in 1 yr. Its driving me crazy
Michelle Smith 😭me too and its all in the belly😭
And move move move ! Just 10 minutes of walking a day at any pace helps in weight loss and strengthens bones and muscles especially if arthritis is kicking in. This was a refreshing video as it was delivered in a gentle manner and not trying to sell anything.
10 min won't do anything for me. I need about 30, but I have joint problems, so it's a vicious circle.
I am 54 and post me-no-pausal, and it is a hard road.... Intermittent fasting alone works for me to a certain extent, then I realised that I have to move more. Have just bought a mini trampoline and will try and do 20-30 minutes a day, or go for a walk.
Your informative advice and insights about belly fat are much appreciated. After menopause I went from a slim waistline to tubby, but was often down on myself thinking I didn't exercise enough restraint with food intake or exercise enough. Having fibromyalgia didn't help. Thank you for the clear explanation.
I have just discovered your Channel today. This came up as a suggested video. I am 59 years old with my big birthday later this year. The thing I found most helpful about this video? To know that when I crave sugar it is not just me being greedy. I am so relieved to know that it actually is a “thing” after menopause. I was so annoyed with myself that I was being so weak. Now that I know it is a product of my body’s changes, I feel that I can overcome these cravings and with the help of your other videos, I hope to regain some form of control over what I eat. Amazingly, just knowing that I am not simply greedy, has given me the power to,change. Thank you.
I just turned 50 in September and haven’t had a period since last December. My body has changed drastically and sugar/carbs are always calling me.
Dear same is problem with me
I'll be 50 in September always craving sugar.its hard to get the weight off.
I just turned 55 and the struggle is real!! I always thought I was fit and then. . wow. . everything went south!!
Chris, I (unfortunately) share your pain‼️
Chris Terwilliger I know,my hair has thinned and I get belly fat to do I eat at mealtimes and not in the evening and I dropped just over 2 stone and I stick to that and snack occasionally as well it’s worked for me,the mood swings are bad enough to deal with without being overweight and depressed about it as well, try what I tried it’s not a diet I ate what I like eating in meals but ate slowly to not overeat that makes a big difference to I hope you find a solution that works ❤️
I'm 70 soon...I now have sleep issues , gained weight on collagen and coffee. I can't work out . COPD with Afib. .
@Sarah Milo you're right . But exercise in humidity causes more too. Plus it goes into the heart too. I do stuff inside. But its be nice to be able to take the dog for a walk.
I feel the same way. I work out but I need to fix the food intake issue.
Finally, insulin resistance and weight gain explained fully. Thank you!!!!
Belly fat is so frustrating. I was peri menopausal at 46 - at 55 my symptoms have mostly settled but I'm still 8kg heavier than I've been my entire adult life. Thankyou for speaking so clearly and concisely.
This was really helpful and informative, thank you!
Menopause is really a game changer! What worked before menopause doesn't after!
Mansplainers with zero familiarity will aggressively preach otherwise. 😏
Yikes, getting nervous!!!! I'm 47, entering perimenopause
Jenny Lory, you'll be fine because you're getting a handle on your diet now. You should be able to 'handle' the 'changes' better when you follow a 'healthy' lifestyle. It just takes A LOT more effort BUT it's very doable!
Cyndi Kirkland
@ Jenny... # 1. You’re a BABY!! young yet and, You don’t have to go on a Diet!... You just have to Change your eating habits and knowing what’s Good and Bad for your body! Read the labels... Cut the CARBS!! That’s the Sugars! Be your own dietician. Yes! I do eat some sweets, once a month or so. Try not to eat much of it. Exercise... by Doing your own gardening. Go walking! Get a bike! You can Buy one cheap at garage sales etc. Don’t SLUG around the house... even at work...use your break for a 10 min walk, don’t forget to replenish with plain water! It’s a Breeze!
Yes! there’s so much to learn...but from my own experience...if you do get hot flashes, eat Strawberries or you can drink Black Cooush tea, I may have spelled cooush wrong and have a fan handy. Or...read up on “Relora”. It calms the nervous system. I found out about this in Woman’s health magazine. I’m NOT Recommending this for you to pill pop, because of my weight, i only took One a day until my anxiety passed. I probably only used 5 out of the whole bottle! Don’t take three a day! Unless you’re over weight, no offense to anyone. Please, be SMART about using it!!! Even men take it. Go to the beach or a Lake. Learn breathing exercises to calm your body down. Take a bath... hot/cool it down. Take some me/free time for yourself, period!. Learn to say yes n no and I can’t with a smile. Let others in your household do chores, like dinner etc. Take up Yoga, if you don’t have the time, wake up early, there’s yoga on Public TV Channel 13 or 21, I’m in NY. Your phone I’m sure there’s a yoga app! Your local Library, has yoga classes at about $5.00 a class.
The Vitamin store has specials on Relora at buy one get one free. My hot flashes lasted about six months. We keep strawberries or any types of berries. Eat them drink them. Mix them in salads, Oatmeal.
This will help you skip a meal or two. blend one scoop of Oatmeal to one cup of cold water add berries, and make sure that you drink it right away, if it thickens add more water to it.
Please, be very, very smart about using RELORA.
A great way to embrace menopause. Thank you Dr. Becky.
That’s me, the perfect storm! I was never overweight until menopause. I am about to start a 16: 8 fast, currently I eat in a 12 hour window. Great video thanks Doc.
51 and omg....belly fat and sugar cravings. What I feel good about is intermittent fasting. Working and making me feel good. Helping sleep
I never had much sugar cravings till I had my gallbladder out.
I’m now trying IF - eating between 10am-6pm - an 8 hour window. Trying it for 30 days to see what happens and trying to stick to clean eating.
@@ceciliapn5952 Keep us updated! I'd love to hear how it's working for you..
Stopped putting sugar in my coffee and tea when quarantine started and i see and feel the difference! Thank you💜
I am a 57-year-old post-menopausal woman. Have been doing strict keto since June. Lost quite a bit, then hit a stall for well over a month. Solution: no more MCT oil, and I reduced my fat intake. Presto! The weight is now falling off me again. 33 pounds since June. Ladies, watch the fat intake. You want your body to burn the fat off your body, not just the fat you eat.
You mean should not take mct oil
Wow that is awesome. Did you incorporate IF? What does your diet look like now after you reduced fat intake?
@@lovelife2day So much has changed since then! I am now creeping toward 60. All I do now is keep up the keto. One meal a day. I am at about 127 and holding strong. I guess I do IF. I never eat until dinner.
Thank you Dr. Becky for this video...I'm way beyond menopause but I know exactly what you're saying in that the body does change and the belly fat just got out of control...My body was turning into the body I said I'd never have...I was ready to just give up and give in until I found your video...I actually found your video a few years ago but thought "nope that's not for me"...Then you got my attention one day back in early summer and I've not looked back...I can already tell a huge difference in my body...The bloating is absolutely gone...I've had swelling in my left foot for 25 years and since "doing" your program, I can actually see the bone in my foot again...That's "proof in the pudding" for me...I'm ready now and waiting on your recipe book to get started in some good, low carb dinners...I'm so excited and at 65, I see hope for health in my older age...Thank you God is all I can say and Thank you Dr. Becky for caring and sharing your knowledge with us...Your coaching program is wonderful and you are an excellent teacher...Judy
Thank you for your comment, Judy! It's great to have you join me in my program!
Thank you Dr. Becky, this makes so much sense.
Thank you so much! I haven't heard it put this simply before!
If I eat only fish and only 1 meal daily and work out for 1hr with weights daily all looks and feels good...but the thought of living like that for the next 30 years it’s giving me stress...🤪🤪🤪
Wow. That would definitely make like suck. How can you possibly get the calories and nutrients that your body needs in one meal? Fish has very little calories as do veggies. I would be miserable. There has to be a better way
Thank you for a thorough, concise overview of what is happening to me and so many others. After watching your other videos I have added avocados, walnuts and avocado oil to my diet. And I’m being more mindful when I do indulge in things that may not be a part of the suggested eating plan. I really appreciate you sharing this info. 🙏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾💥❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Dr Becky!!!! You are awesome!❤
Thank you for these videos, they are always so helpful!
Doing my research on the matter and started with you Dr Becky. Thank you.
This was very helpful in understanding why I have gathered fat around my tummy. I started doing intermittent fasting a couple of months ago and increased healthy fats several months ago just because I read that it was good to do. Since then, I have noticed a decrease in some stomach fat, but not enough yet. I am grateful for all the tips and information you gave here and will continue with my goal to lose, at least, most of this fat. Thanks for sharing this very important and interesting information.
Very informative at this phase of my life - thank you!
I am a researcher by profession. This video explained menopausal weight gain in such a succinct and clear way. I final,y understood the link among all the factors. Thank you!
Finally! Someone actually explaining things. Thank you!
OMG!!! No one explained this this well 😘
You’re a blessing ❤❤❤
Very interesting I come from a small rural area as a child we ate late in the day and supper around 6 pm in winter,in spring when the farm work began we ate early 6am then main meal at 12 or one and small supper at 6pm , so this intermitten fasting comes easier and makes so much sense in the overall science of things
I was thrilled to hear IF was a successful weight loss strategy!
I am finding your videos very helpful. I have put on weight in the past 5 years due to menopause and emotional eating after the loss of my daughter. I have recently had to start low dose blood pressure medication. My goal is to lose the belly fat using your suggestions and be able to stop the blood pressure medication. Thank you for posting these informative videos.
Sorry for the loss of your daughter
Thank you so much Dr Becky 🙏🏾. I've been talking to anyone I know about you. Your teaching and voice makes it all easy to understand. God bless you ❤️🙏🏾
Great info thank you and I enjoy your voice, it’s calming 😊
Great explanation! I enjoyed listening to the information you provided.
Beyond grateful for your videos!
Super helpful & encouraging video - thank you!!
I am also a 51 yo woman entering menopause and after finding your videos this past July, I have lost 17lbs! Nothing else worked and I am SO appreciative of you sharing your knowledge.
Hi Abra - can you detail which videos you found helpful to lose weight? Or, what regimen and eating pattern you follow?
Thank you so much for explaining this. Really helpful!
As clear as water!!! Thanks so much!!!
this is exactly what I needed-an answer to prayer, actually
thanks so much for this valuable information.
So beautifully explained !!
Thank you Dr. Becky! I find your videos very informative (and I have read a lot about nutrition, I am passionate about it) and I started following your 0123 Diet. I also added exercise (unfortunately I don't always have time but I try at least 2-3 times/week). I was always a fit person, never had weight issues, I even lost baby fat very fast but now, for about 2 years, I gained about 8 lbs and nothing seemed to work when it came to weight loss. Since I started 0123 (in September) I lost about 5 lbs, although I slipped and have to say didn't take it very seriously due to my busy work and social life. Now I finally dealt with everything I had to and starting the next few days, I will get back on track, to hopefully get rid of the last 2-3 lbs and keeping this life style. I am 47 years old and getting very close to menopause (a few more months and I will "celebrate" menopause :) ). I also didn't have bad hot flashes, I just have them once in a while and since I was always cold, I don't mind them. :)
Thanks for your comment, Camelia! It's great to have you join me on the 0,1,2,3 Diet :)
Fantastic and informative video. Explained the challenges clearly. Thank you 😊
Excellent explanation!
Thank you so much for this great information, much needed for me🌻, I will save this video and go back to it as a reminder of these great tips. 👩🌾🥗🍓🙋♀️ Thank you.
Knowing that it is my body's hormones causing craving for carbs/sweets and not all psychological helps me. The 8 hour window is working. Thanks
Very helpful, thank you.
Thank you for this short, informative -- free! -- information. I have found Ezekial bread - particularly the muffins to be a nice substitute for regular bread. Takes some getting used to, but once you do --it's very satisfying.
Is Ezekiel bread gluten free?
Yes yummy! And a great substitute for a carb.
Thank you. I used to be a flat tum , slim upper body person until 50s and never understood why I'm suddenly looking 'apple shaped'! Nothing I did
Helped and the carb addiction increased after menopause. Now I understand why! I certainly will be trying out the fasting method and will look into coaching. Really appreciate this video mam. Thanks again.
Shanti Rajan )
Great, upbeat video - thank you. My humble advice for women is to make sure you're in good, lean shape at 50, heading into menopause. The belly fat thing is quite horrifying. Before, I could cut back for a week or two and my belly would get back into shape. Now, at 56 years old, it just won't. But with your advice it's slowly but surely losing its excess fat - I've learnt my lesson.
Thank you for this comment. It's helpful to me. At 53, I'm experiencing the same thing so I started doing research on this topic. "The belly fat thing is quite horrifying." I can completely relate to this sentence and I'm glad I'm not alone. All the best to you.
Thank you so much for this fabulous information - best I have found regarding menopause .
Hi You are such a beautiful intelligent woman with a soft and pleasant voice. Thank you
You are a pleasure to listen to
Hi Dr Becky, I’m 59 this year & Im showing symptoms, weight gain,& can’t sleep! I had broken heart syndrome 3 years ago & my husband had a stroke,& I am afraid of having a cortisol serg.I am a walker for 10 years now,I try to get in 10,000 steps a day.I was in a bad car accident & have been in physical therapy for years now,& My Dr said I can’t do yoga at this time,I did it for 6 years & loved it. My diet is mostly green,I don’t eat red meat, it seems like I’m just not able to get rid of the fat that has accumulated in my belly.I did try to do some fasting, I would have my smoothie @ 12pm & eat lunch around 3 ish & dinner @ 5-6 ish, but I was always feeling like I wanted to constantly eat, so now I am trying to have my meals earlier. Thank you for your time, any tips you have would be appreciated. All the best🌺🌸🌼M
Just discovered your channel today Dr Becky. I'm 51 and knew I'd put on some weight but didn't know the real figure until I bought some electronic scales from ALDI today doing the grocery shopping and they were a bargain! I haven't weighed myself in years. I'm 5'1 and 59.6 kgs and it blew me away just how much I'd gained ... I was 51kg full term in my pregnancy years ago, so heavier now than that! I stepped on and off them three times as I couldn't believe it, haha. Glad I found you, as are so many other ladies here. You have such a beautiful energy 💐
I've gone from 50kg to 70kg in one year!
I am a mom of 9 children...my oldest is 27 yr old and youngest is 8. I turned 50 this past March. I exercise daily for the past 15 yrs. I have done so many eating "styles"....raw food, vegan, Leto, paleo, wfpb, ...yeah.
I give them all a good go. Now my period has been crazy irregular and I know I'm changing into another phase of life.which is cool.i am trying to find that balance for me. You are helping me clarify some of my questions. Thankyou.
WOW! All my bells and whistles were going off. I could hardly hear the video. Your chart is me in a nut shell. I am 55 yrs old and started the Keto life style in late January 2019. So far I have only lost 5 pounds, but my blood sugar level has been cut in half. I am feeling more energized and have really lost a lot of my sugar cravings. Plans for the gym are also in the works and I am hoping this will drop some weight. Thank you so much for sharing this information. 👩🦳
Excellent information 👍🏻
Thank you for finally explaining why we gain belly fat after menopause.
# 1. You don’t have to go on a Diet!... You do have to Change your eating habits and knowing what’s Good and Bad - for - your - body! Read the labels... Cut the CARBS!! That’s the Sugars! Be your own dietician. Yes! I do eat some sweets, once a month or so. Try not to eat much of it. Exercise... by Doing your own gardening. Cleaning your own home etc. Go walking! Get a bike! Keep your system/body functioning properly and out of the hands of medical so called professionals that keep you unbalanced and pill popping. UGH!
Thanks a million for your positive advice....
Excellent!!
Gloria Cedeno.
I agree
I have low blood sugar and started to give up bread at lunch
I found I am not sluggish in the afternoon
I then stopped bread because of itching from it
I replace the carbs with apples and peanut butter
At first
I craved more starch but not for long
Right away my body adjusted then I started to feel more energized throughout the day.
I lost weight without trying
I do walk not far just until I start to get tired as a distress and to just concentrate on the beauty of the park
It’s so important to break out of the pace and disconnect from others put on music or just listen to the birds
So I calmed and lost
The body will crave more sugar at first while giving up the carbs and exercising so I use a little more fat which of course gets burned off from walking. If you don’t stress and take your time fight the starch attacks with cheese and apples peanut butter and apples extra meat throughout the day the starch craving decline and then if you’re burning it your body will tell you you’re hungry and slowly slow on all cravings
I’ve done this before and it continues to react the same every time
So good luck keep the faith and don’t give in every time
Just hang on and get busy with other chores
Totally agree. Now during the pandemic it’s easier for me to exercise using CZcams videos and not in my car for 2 hours per day. I work from home, grateful.
Dr. B....She’s right on target!! It’s important to change your eating habits! “DUMP THE SUGAR AND THE JUNK FOODS!!!” And I like the intermittent eating. Sometimes Im so busy that I don’t have time to eat. At age 69, I still mountain bike. I recently joined an art class and I’m semi mini decluttering around the house! I break for “The View!” and meanwhile I work on my art project. I multi task a lot! I drink Macha teas!! I’m 129 Lbs. Not great! and that’s because my Italiano husband...LOVES to EAT!! I started eating 1/2 portion of what I used to eat! And he’s following slowly, learning to feast with his eyes.
Eat to Less to Live... Eat more veggies and salads every day!...Don’t Live to over eat!!!
I will be thankful to you
I'm 48yo and not menopausal yet, but have been accumulating belly fat for the last couple of years. Thank you for this video.
You're welcome, Louisa!
I went vegan after menopause and that, and IF, helped me to lose 15 pounds so now I'm right in the middle of 'normal' BMI numbers - I was never over before but I was on the outer reaches for sure. Staying there does take daily awareness though and while I do treat myself occasionally, I've had to accept that I will never be able to eat the amount of food I did in the past. That was a real mind shift ...
At 57 I started bio identical hormones at 48..just this year I've gone ketotarian and I'm off then completely. Not sure if I'm over a hump of menopause because I know it last years but what a difference
NOTES:
1) Eat healthy fats (nuts, avocado, & fish oils & olive oil, canola) exclude unhealthy fats (vegetable oils, hydrogenated fats) & refined carbs & sugar
2) Intermitent fasting: shorten your eating time frame daily or several days in the week. Limit late night eating-- you digest before going to bed & this makes you sleep better.
Christine Carlos, all but the canola is a healthy fat. Canola didn't exist when I was a child. It's actually highly toxic, never mind if they call it "organic".
Intermittent fasting has changed my life, at age 53 my tummy and waistline is smaller than it’s been in decades.
What fasting window are you using, Elizabeth Holmes? I've started IF recently and generally go between noon - 7 or 8 pm.
My fasting window is anywhere between 16 and 18 hours. Sometimes I can go to 20 hours. Good Luck!
I have my main meal at lunch time between1 and 1.30 I have a snack around seven if I’m having two meals and that does me for the day. Lots of green tea and water too and a cup of coffee with double cream. It really works well with a low carb diet.
Would you include overnight fasting as fasting ? My last meal most nights is 7pm and then I don’t eat again until 8-10pm the next day...basically at least 13 hours fasting !
Lynne Gill
Ugh! Dump the Heavy Cream!! And...people...STOP SNACKING!!!!
great video, wonderful content thank you!
Great video!
Thanks Dr B. Ur vids are life changing. I am 57 years old female with diabetes and osteoarthritis. I recently changed my diet to reverse these diseases and lose weight. I eat a whole lemon every morning. I mix the juice with olive oil, honey and warm water to replace my morning coffee. I then eat remains.
This drink along with warm water keeps me full until about 3pm when I eat a large salad with eggs or fish or lambs meat or organ meat eg kidneys. My final meal is a small amount of steamed vegetables and kiwifruit or red apples for dessert. I am so surprised to see how quickly I am losing the excess weight. Eating fat really do help you to lose fat
Turned 56 two days ago. Belly fat and flabby arms are my issues. Will be showing them who's boss. Thank you for the explanation. Am doing IF but keep falling off the wagon if I stay up too late. So I know what to do, but doing it is the thing!
Happy belated birthday, J. T.!

I just started the intermittent fasting 12/12 to start- I already am on a super clean eating regime and exercise regularly but from what you discussed, my sleep and my late eating are contributing to the problem-high hopes!
same clean diet , work out every day . never a weight issue till now lets hope it works
Thank you so much for these videos! In addition to the menopausal belly fat thing, I really need you to address how to deal with this problem when you have no gall bladder. Does Ox Bile really work? Years of frustration and depression, I feel like giving up. Really could use some help and encouragement!

I’ve lost a hundred pounds over 2 1/2 years during menopause, started at age 49. Low Carb and Intermittent Fasting have been key! Only 15 lbs and some toning up to go. I feel IF/LC have helped me to keep loose skin to a minimum as well. 😍
Wow...congratulations! I'm 49 and I gained almost 50 pounds during pre menopause and now I'm menopaused and I only succeeded to lose 15 pounds in 9 months because I went completely sugar free and low carb. It is so difficult to lose weight now. I'm so frustrated! I just want to go back to myself! Ughh I sometimes get discouraged but then I see people like you who managed to lose so much and it gives me hope again :)
Amazing insight! I'm 50 in Sept, This info has my name on it!
Love watching your videos. Thx for sharing and helping women around the world. Could you possibly let me know the appropriate amount of Flax Seeds to be consumed in a day?
