I have IBS, and I know what inulin does to me. That's why I don't do the Olipop. The "oli" part is "oligosaccharides", and I know to steer clear of those unless I want to fart myself to death.
Here I am thinking the reason I was gassy af was because I eat a ton of fiber with my non glucose sweeteners.
The ingredients are a fodmap cocktail. Basically anything that says “prebiotic” is out to kill people with IBS.
Those fake sweeteners.
I was wondering about this stuff. I'm gonna have to look it up if it's in this ice cream I found because I did feel like I was dying 😅
That depends what kind of oligosaccharides, some are actually good for IBS.
Had to laugh at the comment you read about the "plant-based sugar" in Olipop. As if all sugar doesn't come from plants! 😂

That and clarification about shellfish and seafood: it's not that they're putting those things in cookies, it's that factories that package things like cookies also tend to process things involving seeds and other non-cookie related items which can cause harm if you're seriously allergic.

Fun fact: there are some sugars that are "bleached" with bones. - which makes them not plant-based.

„supports digestion“ is code for „gives you diarrhea“.. which is something most people with IBS and IBD do NOT need more of. 🤣
I never thought of it that way, don't know why 😂 but thank you, now I'll always think of that when something says supports digestion
I completely steer clear of all “sugar free” soft drinks for that reason
@@Nazgull123 Yeah, me too. And since so many companies have started to substitute *parts* of sugar in their product with artificial sweeteners, the number of „safe“ products gets smaller and smaller.

9:05 it’s says on the can not to refrigerate! I’ve gotten them before and they work fine til they get low like most whip cream. It has a strong vodka taste! Not bad if you like vodka.
Love Kodiak oatmeal, you have to mix it well, or else the protein powder settles and it doesn't cook. Microwave for a bit stir and finish microwaving. It's also really good as overnight oats.
i love whip shots, i did everything to keep it from clogging , it'll probably stop working after a couple sprays tbh lol, the cashier told me for some reason the mocha one has a different chemical makeup in the bottle and that's why , I can attest that in TN, lots of people return them
I’ve used both of mine to completion and I have the mocha one. Did you refrigerate it? Because it clearly says not to on the packaging if you read it

The spoiled bag 1 star review on the baby food was more a seller criticism than a criticism of the quality of the product when not expired.
Stevia is known to cause serious gastrointestinal issues, it's why I had to drop Sierra Mist before it was discontinued.
I always wondered why Sierra Mist tasted kind of off to me, I'm not a fan of stevia's flavor.
I adore Olipop and do think that the Grape flavor tastes like the grape soda from my childhood. I do find the prebiotics are helpful to my tummy. I also love Poppi, which is similar. I get no tummy issues from either and I love most of their flavors.

The best flavor of Olipop is tropical punch. I don't drink soda often, but I like these when my stomach is upset. The worst being that banana one. Love your videos.

I am not sure if it makes a difference but I like my Olipop drink with ice. During the fall, they had an Apple Crisp favor that was really good :) Poppi is good too.

Theres already Drinks (Soda) that are out there that are more healthier. in Britain there's a fizzy pop called Fentimans. Comes in different flavours and its all made with botanical plants. Should definitely Review them on your channel.

My husband and I both tried Olipop when it first came out. I got the grape and he got the cream soda, neither really tastes like soda. They taste like a health drink trying to invoke the sensation of a soda. Which is fine if you don't particularly care for soda or you're trying to switch to something healthier. The only real issue I have with it is that with so many botanical ingredients it's *easy* to miss an allergen or something that can interfere with your medication. Inulin for example can really mess with people with IBS, so my recommendation is to read and google the ingredients if you're not sure what they are or how they may affect you.

I love Lemon Water. I love most of the flavors. I add electrolytes powder to the more plain flavors and they are wonderfully hydrating. I put them in the refrigerator in the break room and I love them at work.
I adore the Vintage Cola Olipop. I crave colas every now and then and that one is a great way to satisfy the craving without feeling terrible afterwards.
I have been in love with that tingy ted sauce for months. Didn't know it was made by Ed Sheeran. It's got good balance to it.

I love the lemon perfect waters! Don’t know if you tried them at room temperature or refrigerated but they are so refreshing when they’re cold. And I had no idea they were backed by Beyoncé!

40 odd years ago we used to drink Barq’s banana soda. Also I would like carbonated grape juice.
I dont usually comment on this kind of stuff, but olipop is awesome. I have SEVERE ulcerative colitis and the strawberry vanilla one is SO GOOD, and makes my tummy feel settled. Plus its got good macros, and for a fizzy drink, I was so surprised I could drink without a tummy ache or pain.
shout out to this saves lives bars. i have a soy allergy and its impossible to find easy soy free snacks like that, so i always grab a box if i know im gonna be out of the house all day and need something that can roll around in my car
I keep wanting to try the Olipop but it is just so pricey, I haven't been able to talk myself into trying it.
Lots of whipped cream type of containers like that have special instructions...like some of the non-dairy ones need to be run under water for a few moments to dispense correctly. People need to read instructions...also, if they don't follow them, they can use up all the propellant in the can and then they do waste the item because the product is stuck in the can.

For those who are hot sauce lovers the Tingly Ted sauces are awful. They are not spicy at all. If you treat them like ketchup it is better but not as hot sauce. I have both flavors - the plain and the hotter and don’t particularly like either.

I bought a variety pack of Ollipop after being inundated with social media ads. The cream soda was gross and the root beer was okay, but I wouldn’t call it root beer flavor.
Beyonce also invested in Watermelon 🍉 Water which is tried 2 years ago It was actually good 😊

Kristen Bell's vibe is such a head spinner considering how toxic she really is. I'm not surprised she invested in granola cars since they're make believe healthy.
She's not toxic, and granola bars are made from whole foods like oats, dried fruit, and often nuts. Nothing "make believe" about that, particularly in comparison to the crap in a lot of other bars.
@@SheilaR.08still has a lot of added sugar and is an ultra processed food. Not all oats are good. Have to make sure they don’t have TBHQ in them.
I like poppi flavors way better than olipop. Agree that if you have a sensitive stomach approach it with caution, but I have no issues with it
thing with olipop is that if ur not used to that taste then yeah ur gonna hate it. took me like many drinks to get used to it. better than soda for sure. its supposed to be healthy and not everyone is going to like it
Had Kodiak cakes before and they just tasted like cardboard. Little to no taste whatsoever, where all I could pick up on was the wheat flour. She should have tasted them as is without the syrup and butter
I can certainly say I haven't ever had any of those as they probably are only sold in America

What exactly is healthier about the granola bars? They’re filled to the brim with sugar. They may not have nuts or dairy, but that doesn’t make them healthier. It makes them apt for people with allergies.
Which ones? She reviewed several. Granola bars are mainly oats, which is much healthier than most of the other types of bars out, like protein bars. I prefer them with nuts and dried fruit, but know that some avoid those ingredients, especially when sending them to school. Every bar is sweetened, whether with sugar or a calorie free sweetener, and of the two, real sugar is better for most kids in moderation. Given the sweets that most eat, a granola bar is hardly an unhealthful alternative.
@@SheilaR.08 I was referring to the first ones. What other bars were mentioned in this video? If there's more than one, I must have missed it. Each bar of those This Saves Lives bars has 6g of sugar, which is 24% of the daily recommended sugar intake for a child. They're not healthier by any means.

That "fake" banana taste is actually a different type of banana. I suggest watching the Lofty Pursuits banana candy video that explains it. Basically a type of banana that went extinct, but originally, this was the banana flavor, and still is for candy
