This video shows you how to install a new intake gasket set from TRQ on your 1994-2002 Dodge Ram 2500.
This repair was done on a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 Base 5.9L Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door 4WD Automatic and the process should be similar on the following vehicles:

For those of you attempting this job on your own when it comes to cleaning the plenum mating surfaces remove the lower plenum plate, clean all the mating surfaces on the plenum, wipe down and blow out the inside of the plenum with compressed air then re-install your lower plenum plate it will greatly reduce the chance of things making their way into the plenum and getting trapped inside.
Great video i just finished doing this procedure for the first time and it was a huge help, found that the original plenum gasket had broken and popped out. I was burning a gallon or so a week of oil, kinda made it look like i had a diesel rolling coal but definitly not good.

Great video. One thing, take the cap of the valve on the fuel rail and decompress the fuel system. That way fuel doesn’t spray out when you disengage the fuel line.
Yes, any info on removing the broken bolts? That is the only thing stopping me from attempting this.

How did u remove the broken bolts can a man drill straight though and put a bolt nut on it mine broke on the front driver side
Mostly right but throw those front and back gaskets in the trash. Use ultra black or grey gasket maker with a 1/4 inch bead. The pre-made silicone (or worse cork) tend to not stay around long if you ever rev your engine to high rpm. Also your plenum is probably going to leak again in less than 50k miles. But other than that everything looked great.
