  • This workout contains all the elements of barre we know and love (pulse, pulse, pulse!), but uses fast tempos to increase the cardiovascular work and introduce moments of high intensity. No barre is used for this workout, but you will need light weights (1-5 lbs). If you're newer to barre and/or working out, perhaps try this workout without weights for the first time. We do both standing and floor work.
    This is an intermediate level workout. Please use modifications to suit your needs and fitness levels!
