- Yoga with weights? We went there! This powerful yoga barre combined flow brings on a gentle burn. It can be done with or without weights, but we recommend using 2-5lbs for a little extra intensity. Perfect shorter workout workout when you’re looking for the grounding and stability of yoga, plus strength training to sculpt and tone. Intermediate level.
