Makes around 400mL
Ingredients:
- 150g blueberries
- 8g sugar
- Ice
- Milk of your choice
Method:
1. Combine sugar and blueberries in a pot, on low heat, and mash and cook until all the blueberries are completely crush into bits and syrup is formed. set aside to chill until it is cool
2. to assemble, add blueberry syrup, ice, and milk of choice. Mix before consuming

For those people who can’t use the stove or are to lazy to mash them! You can microwave them! I’ve tried microwaving them and yes it does work! Although you do need to give it a good mix after each spin I did about a minute and 30 seconds but it depends on your microwave! Hopefully this helped! 💞

Thank you so much for this recipe. I’ve decided to remove lots of ingredients from my family’s diet after my kids kept sneaking candies and junk food. After explaining what some things were derived from and possible side effects my kids have actually started to realize that a lot of the stuff that they would eat wasn’t even food.
Your simple and delicious milk recipes have made the transition from Hershey’s and Nestle flavored syrups much easier. I’ll be sure to try more of your other recipes as well. I’ve watched your channel for close to two years now and have always enjoyed it. 💕
