the video you all have been requesting for, TAPIOCA PEARLS (BOBA). I used them to make my go to flavour, black sugar pearl milk (You might know it as brown sugar pearls or brown sugar boba)! I found the black sugar at my local Taiwanese super market, but It might be hard to find so you can substitute with brown sugar~
This is also quite a bit of sugar so you can freeze the uncooked pearls if you can't finish the whole batch or I recommend sharing the drink~
