- There are two towns in the Triangle that area about the same size, about the same distance from Raleigh and they both have great schools and small town life. Today I am comparing Fuquay-Varina and Wake Forest NC!

And can you also say if what I heard is true? That Holly Springs has a water treatment plant? And if it does, does it stink in Holly springs?

I have not experienced an odor in Holly springs in any of the places I have spent time. However I don’t live there so there may be times when the wind has some effect on the odor? Also I think the odor people talk about is actually from the landfill just outside of holly springs. Here is a link to my Cary VS Holly Springs video

@@EllenPitts Raleigh North Carolina going to be the next San Francisco and Durham North Carolina going to be the next San Jose the half price is going to go so hard they have to move to Greensboro Winston-Salem and Burlington and High Point to go to work Raleigh Durham area
@@jarvisstradford7211 true, but if I’m being honest the triad area has a lot more crime than the triangle. Don’t move to high point otherwise known as gunpoint. Greensboro and Winston are nice but violent crimes are higher than the nation average. The triangle is the place to be
@@kanyewestbank9677 I'm not moving to the Greensboro area at the Charlotte area. When the move to Raleigh get too expensive people will on move to the Greensboro area to travel to Raleigh-Durham area.

It depends on where you work and what you spend your time doing. Lots of people work from home or work in Holly Springs and like the small town feel.
