- We take you on a tour of Fuquay-Varina NC so you can see what it's like to live in Fuquay Varina. Fuquay-Varina is an amazing suburb outside of Raleigh and a great city to consider if you're moving to the Raleigh NC area. This tour will take you to both downtowns and include a drone flyover between the Fuquay downtown and the Varina downtown. We also show you some residential areas near the downtowns.

I watched tons of your videos which are very useful. I get many information about raleigh, cary, apex and so on. Thanks Chris!
Most of the people on here complaining about Fuquay donât even live in the town. Crime is everywhere not just Fuquay and why does everything have to be about left or right and red and blue. If stuff is cheaply made, build your own house out of whatever you want it to be made of. If your neighbor doesnât like living in Fuquay, just tell them to move and if you donât like it, guess what you can move too. Canât please everybody. Fuquay is a nice place and Iâve seen the growth.
Hi Chris,my name is George Trizano my wife Andrea and son Trevor will be heading to fuquay Varina, here shortly, selling our home in Idaho.Than we will be on our way to North Carolina.Looking forward to the move.Your videos are very helpful. Thanks Chris.
Hi George! Thank you for watching and for the kind words! We would be happy to help you find a new home in Fuquay-Varina. Itâs a nice town. You can email Hello@MortonBradbury.com or call/text 919-964-0474. Look forward to hearing from you.
Yeah we need to remodel everything

Thanks!
From what I see, the new constructions being built here are made out of mostly particle board. I'm not a builder or carpenter, but I worked at Home Depot and I know that's the cheapest sheet you can buy. I wouldn't want my house to be 8 feet from my neighbor's house if I paid $275k+ to live there...
More like 500k
To everyone reading this. Please donât Move to Fuquay Varina!! It is overpopulated here and overcrowded. Traffic is horrible and they are building ugly houses and apartments on every square inch of land. So it is going to get worse.
FOR THOSE THINKING OF MOVING TO FV:
1. It's a farm town that has had a population explosion. The infrastructure has been completely blown-out.
2. FV is known for some of the worst traffic in the Triangle.
3. Both towns are rundown and ghetto. Basic convenience and modern shopping do not exist.
4. There is nothing to do. You're isolated in the middle of nowhere. We do ALL shopping/partying outside of FV.
5. Most of our neighbors hate FV.
6. The mayor is a developer who sells ugly stick-built homes right on top of each other. They use cheap materials with hefty price tags. According to some friends that bought one? They called them "over-priced trash". However, ALL the new construction around Raleigh is this way. Be very careful if you roll with new construction.
7. Since the mayor is a developer, the Town of FV doesn't care about the massive traffic or infrastructure issues. The problems/crime will only get worse.
8. It's heavily Republican and they do not like or want Liberals.
You are so wrong about your comments...folks, don't believe what you read. If this was the case, then it wouldn't have grown, flourished, and developed the way it has. I lived in that area for almost 20 years and know...
@Dana Velez Please feel free to get specific and refute anything I've said. Would love to know where I went wrong! â€ïž
I live here now, you do not. Even our neighbors hate FV, and they've been here for years!
The only reason people move here is because they can't afford Raleigh, Cary, Apex, etc. It's also the reason they only build cheap stick-built starter homes in FV. They don't even offer million dollar homes in FV.
It's also the same reason people flock to Garner, Clayton, and all the other "burbs."
yeah unfortunately, I grew up here and it's sad to see what's happening to it. It's way too expensive to live here for what its worth. The "cheap materials with hefty price tags" is so true. New apartments are cropping up everywhere, they're ugly and cheap with concrete floors and they cost the same as a mortgage payment for a 750 square foot room. My heart is in Wake County, my friends and my community and childhood were here, but I'll be moving out. Too crowded, expensive, and not worth it anymore.
Are you leaving the state or just FV
Liberals and republicans come in all shapes and sizes⊠there are good and bad in both. But Iâd take my chances with Republicans if I had a choice.đ€·đ»ââïž
what is the apartment situation down there? is the apartment/new construction growing?
Apartments are popping up everywhere in the Triangle. We're starting to see more down South of Raleigh in and around Fuquay-Varina, but most people in FV live in homes.
cheaply made, way too expensive.
Iâve been in Fuquay my entire life. Great place to live. The new apartments are nice. They are popping up everywhere. Everything now is expensive soâŠI donât care where you go itâs not going to be cheap.
My poor city, it has being bombarded with immigrant from blue states and cities, the crime is up significantly and it is impossible to buy or rent right now, we the local are leaving, we cant handle this anymore.
I'll be immigrating there soon, but I'm as RED as it gets :)
â@@LoZu-vz5rjPlease, respect our traditions. No woke bs r lefty propaganda. Moreover, the rent price has gone so high that the locals are leaving. It has become unbearable. I wish the best for you but at the same time I wish the immigration stops.
Sadly this is the price of growth and living in a popular area (all of the Raleigh area)
@@danavelez5615 it's time to move out.
Are you leaving the state
I donât know when they filmed this video but it is not showing all the traffic. This video is very deceptive. The traffic here is horrible. They mustâve cleared the streets to make this video. The traffic is bumper to bumper all the time. There used to be grass and trees here in Fuquay Varina, not anymore. They are building houses in apartments on every square inch of land. The houses are 10 feet apart. It is absolutely disgusting. Donât move here.
