They are available in Canada too ,but i didn’t know about them. They look similar to our postage due stamps.

hello Roger! Where postage due stamps are used when the proper amount of postage for a letter has not been paid the Postal Note stamps are for "sending" money from one person to another. They are much like money orders or even western union transfers. thanks for watching!
