There are so many different Machin issues that I think it would be impossible to know everything about the series. Thanks so much for watching!

Happy, happy belated birthday, Smokey! It sounds as if it was special. May the years coming be wonderful and happy and blessed! The machins are an amazing series of stamps. They are especially beautiful when they are accumulated in all their colour glory. I agree with you, I don't think another series will ever be issued that will compete in the impact the machins had. I am very interested to get into the varieties of the machins. I will see how far I get. Best greetings to you! 🙂

Hello Charnie! Thank you for the birthday wishes, it was a great day. There are so many varieties of Machins and I think you are correct that the many colors that they are printed in make them fun to collect. Happy collecting!

Belated Happy birthday, Smokey! I agree with you that the Machin design is one of the best, but my favourite is the Anigoni portrait that has also appeared on definitive stamps, most notably from Hong Kong.

Hello James! The Wildings are a lovely set of stamps and I have many in my collection, but I do prefer the Machins for their simplicity. Thanks so much for watching!

You're a brave man - I still have no guts to open my used Machin stamps box and sort it... :D I bought some times by stucking with pre-elizabethan stamps I still have to sort.
