My family hated motorcycles and dirt bikes so I never had one as a young kid, not that we had enough money anyway but there was nothing more I wanted than a dirt bike or ATC(v). It took me to 22 years old to buy my first street bike, 44 now and it's my biggest passion. Listen to your kids and get them a dirt bike, it'll keep them out of trouble.
These videos do more than motivate us, they change our lives. I restored 3 vintage Hondas to the best of my abilities and those bikes changed my life forever, in ways that are seemingly impossible to convey. I recently lost all my bikes but today I met with a local dirt bike sales and restoration shop owner who I've been going to since I got my bikes to have a meeting with God so I can continue to turn my life around. Cheers to more thrills and real talk.
Had a 1985 Suzuki 50 cc quad and my two sons rode and in winter oldest son drove and younger son on a toboggan towed behind in Penhold Alberta Canada ----------- When kids outgrew sold to neighbor small kids
I add sea foam to all 9 of my toys with 93 octane. Even my lawnmowers and weed eaters. They sit all winter long and never a problem after sitting 4 plus months here in the long cold Midwest winter's. But I totally agree with the racing fuel if you can afford it.
Wow nice. Memory lane. My first atc was the Honda 90 and my neighbor had the BW 80. Love watching these finds and always amazed these old ATC are still out there. Also thats the first time I have seen the black Kawasaki 160 👍🏼

I need to qualify this by saying that I was never a Honda guy. Off all the different MX bikes I raced, I never ever even tossed a leg over the seat of any Honda product. That said, back in 2016 I went to an ATV/UTV poker run that went from Haverhill NH up to Littleton. It was a really nice day, but what makes this pertinent to this video is just how many of those early 70's to early 80's Honda 3 wheelers were there. I would guess that there had to be at least 3 dozen Honda ATC's running that day. Some were in really great shape. Some not so much and the rest anywhere in between. Mostly ridden by young kids and maybe a dozen ridden by older teens and 20 somethings. But overall, just a testament to the build quality and toughness of those 40-50ish year-old bikes. I spent many years riding ATV's on NH and Maine trails and only recall coming across a few Honda 3-wheelers on the trails. Really rare in fact. So it was pretty amazing to see so many in such a fairly small geographic cluster all in 1 day. After the event, even a friend of mine came over and made a comment about the number of them also. It wasn't like a Honda ATC fan club showed up all in a group. Only maybe @ a dozen of them were there for the poker run. The rest were just random riders out enjoying the trails. Thanks for another great video. That Justin has a really great attitude about moving on and letting new folks enjoy his years of hard work to build such a nice collection.

I've got a pal who's self-employed & makes pretty good money and he likes his toys, he bought himself a barn extra for his toys. The only problem is he just won't sell anything, I've offered him over Preis on a few things but he just won't part ways 😂
I have a near identical version of that KLX400R except mine is a 2006 DRZ400E that I bought new and converted to be street legal. Due to changes in plans, I never got it off-road. I also have about 100 Street miles on mine. Justin, if you read this please tell me how you get on yours. We seem to be a very similar stature. Unless I have a curb or something to step onto I can only get on if I put it on the side stand and then climb over it. In my mid 60's my 29-in inseam leg just can't swing high enough to get over the fender and seat. Then it's tiptoe every time I'm at a stoplight. Yours doesn't appear to be lowered from stock, or is it?
There's a YT of some white boy getting shot in the head ( and surviving ) in my neighborhood. Over a sneaker sale - real cold blooded too no preceding argument just whipped out the pole and cracked him. There's also two police reports on my desk with my name on them as V1 over two scooter crimes. I'll be out either this month or at worst six to twelve from now. Just gotta figure out where to go long term.

Like for example this big wheel yamaha 80 ,with fear i hope this comment does not discourage any possible buyers ...but when honda came out with a fat tire two wheeler and suzuki did too ...we took them to the strip mine to run them in the old trails that nature was taking back from the coal mine and was just trees and deer trails and dirt bike trails like natural woods .. So what you are looking at are mostly single track concave trails pretty much packed down on the most traveled and miles and miles long ...and the fat tires are constantly seeking the high sides of both sides of the trail ..so you are constantly correcting with the handle bars and wears your ass out in a hurry and not very stable for going fast ..just wanting to zig zag side to side all the time ...always wanting to high side you ...and i never had a desire to ride one off road since ... B U T what if you put a regular dirt bike front end on it??? ..in the fact of this "80" yamaha for example only , put a YZ80 motocross front end on it ...the whole thing ,brakes wheel and knobby tire handlebars the works and what ever you might need for lights and accessories ..and for the bigger ones like the " fat cats " use your judgement and size up a proper size complete motocross front end ...i know now this will work ...as i was watching you tube videos taken in japan all about customizing Yamaha Zuma's and the Honda Ruckus ...and they come with fat tires and little tricky to ride fast off road like on deer trails or like cow trails on a farm ... Anyways these japanese kids had built themselves a little motocross or BMX track in a vacant lot ...and these kids had put motocross style complete front ends on their Zuma's and their Ruckus' and were just sending it hard ..in the power hand on the pipe ....duh , why didnt we think of this trick sooner ...do one please ...and show us the results ...and leave the back end stock or you might put on a better rear shock with another inch of wheel travel ..and from this the mods would be endless ...at one time i can veggie remember suzuki had about a 3.5 - 4 inch tire on the front of one of their models that i never tried running in the woods to see how it done ...the fat tires seem to do well on like a sandy beach cutting a fresh track but thats about it ..bur you take on of the biggest fat tire honda or suzuki with a motocross dirt bike front end , big fat atv knobby on the back and maybe an AJ Wagner CR500 two stroke in the middle and ....ooooops kid killer on the loose ...Ohlins makes shocks that will fit and give you a bit more wheel travel ..some of those japanese kids had Ohlins on the rear of their Zuma's jumping the shit out of them
