    measuring distance ( question ) : so you only check with one leg for the 90degree ? ( incase needed, is it okay to check with the other leg after the other leg ? )

    *The demonstration and illustration is excellent. But you should mention who can do this asana and who can't. For example ::Can a High BP, back pain, knee pain patients do this asana?*
