I just finished this for the first time after taking a before photo. I already feel like it helped my posture in general. I am so glad I found this channel! Hi Preeti - I've just practiced this video twice and I feel better flexibility in my back and legs, although there's considerable scope for improvement in me, still. But this video is really helpful, as bending forward is one of the most basic poses in yoga. Thank you!

Maine abhi last 15 days se aapke yoga videos follow karna shuru kiya hai.. Sach maniye mujhe itna achha lagta hai aapke sath yoga karne me.. Bina ek bhi din miss kiye.. Every day mai aapke videos follow karti hun.. Aur har din next morning ka wait karti hun ki "kal kab aayega aur main fir se yoga karun"
Yoga ab meri habit me aata jaa raha hai.. Aapke imstructions.. Saare follow karti hun.. Aap mujhe bahut achhi lagti ho.. Aapki voice sun kar hi man shaant ho jata hai..
Mai aapke sare videos follow karungi. Lekin aapne 2 months se koi video upload nahi kiya.. Kyun.. Plese videos banate rahen aur ham jaison ko inspire karte rahen.

I was trying to do it since very long time but wasn't able to do because of good tutorial then I find yours. I am also practicing split from your tutorial. I was able to achieve 90 percent of bend only in a week. Thank you
