- In this video I go through the Geometry Regents January 2023, free response, questions 25-35. I cover many of the topics from high school geometry such as:
similar triangles, parallel lines and transversals, triangle proofs, partitioning line segments, exterior angles theorem, using trig to find a missing side, using trig to find a missing angle, cross sections, alternate interior angles, transformations in the coordinate plane.

I'm not too confident about getting a good grade on the Regents but because of you I think I might just pass with a 65+
I hope you make it! Either way, a big test like this is a learning experience. No matter how it goes, be ready to get back to the grind next school year! If you want to really level up, practice a bit over the summer!

Quick question, if you have extra steps on a triangle proof like the one of question 33 will you lose points, even if the extra steps aren't necessarily wrong just aren't needed?
There aren’t any extra steps on questions 33, everything he stated built on each other and couldn’t be said if he hadn’t proved anything before

I'm confused about these of the distance formula it doesn't matter what you put as the X1X2 Y1Y2 coordinates cause the order that you did it like confused me as it was labeled DU which I always think D is X1Y1 and U is X2Y2 because of the order but in this case it didn't seem to be can the x and y coordinates be in any order ?

Similar but different! At this point, best way to prepare is to go through as many old regents as you can! I am doing a live stream on Monday at 6pm, I will be covering a full Geometry Regents!
