We did some of this beautifully choreographed routine as an example demo after teaching lead and follow Foxtrot this summer at Midsummer Night Swing at Lincoln Center in NYC.
I liked Lucille bremer better as a dancer for Fred Astaire, in Ziegfeild follies with the music this heart of mine,I didn't think Rita Hayworth was a good dancer, that much some of you must of liked the way she looked , but I never thought too much of her looks I thought she looked plain the song is beautiful I'm old fashion but Fred is a beautiful dancer, but not with her she just learned the steps and that was it.she not dancing from a natural good dancer.
I've always heard that Rita Hayworth was Fred Astaire's favorite dance partner. I can see that here. And she was never lovelier than in this movie.
It seems they're dancing on clouds! Rita and Fred: the best dancing partners on the movies!

Rita was a natural but ginger h a d to b groomed but it works well
