"I recently found myself in possession of a child" is quite possibly the creepiest way to refer to being a parent I've heard in a long time(unfortunately in college someone used the term "sex result" to refer to their brother's child, which I think still wins creepiest).
Depending on which definition you use, you could say pregnancy is a sexually transmitted disease. The baby could be a tumor or even better fitting a parasite and caring for the child the next 18 years would be the long term effect you have after the tumor/parasite is removed 🤔

This one time, around 8 or 10, or so I was home alone, and I answered a telemarketer after it had been picked up by the answering machine. We all laughed when my parents got home and we listened to the message together.

My boyfriend of a year broke up with me for no reason (as in I asked why and he gave me no answer), and when I was talking to my friends they all expressed that they could clearly see I gave my all into the relationship, and he clearly did not. I know this is just a funny little robot fighting Christmas tree getting for the ad cents video, but the weird little inspirational moment in the beginning of the video is maybe something I needed to hear, anyway hope New York is fun.

A man once bought a chainsaw and the salesman told him it would cut 10 cords a day but when he got it home he only managed to get 2 cords cut. So he gets up early the next day and cuts all day and still only gets 4 cords cut. Disgusted he takes it back to the store and tells the salesman it doesn't cut even half what it should. Salesman looks it over and doesn't see anything wrong so then proceeds to start it. To which the man replies "what's that noise?"

I had to cut a circle of friends I'd known for 20 years, since high school, as they turned in to users and takers without offering anything back in life. It was hard at first, until I sat back and took stock of where I'm at now. I have a whole new circle of friends, objectively better friends, and a career as an engineer for the MoD/DoD.
Don't let nostalgia hold you back. The good times had will never change, but unless there's good times now then it's time to change.
