Huge thanks to DT for opening up about his experiences with grief, and for sharing the important message that there is a huge difference between banter and abuse online.
Respect to DT
Good job for removing the sound in the intro transition

DT just needs to be himself and not act up. He actually has a really good sense of humour etc

This podcast is amazing for humanising people who otherwise just get slaughtered online. Very brave of DT to speak about this, well done you two for letting people like DT have a platform to just talk.
Is it really appropriate to make a clip about it and benefit from all the views.
@@weww982 I mean it's probably quite ratty if they've monetised this video for their own gain
@@weww982 I donât know why thatâs your first thought. Iâll never understand why the general public always think anyone who puts themselves on the internet has ill intentions.

Respect DT massively for this, shows why you should never make it personal online.
I remember one of ur comments where u was abusing him... fake dude u are
@@valentino695 I would never abuse someone personally, any evidence pal?
@@valentino695 M8, spot on. These disgusting faceless people only come out during incidents like this.
If his brother was well, alive and kicking and bantering alongside DT - you think this moron would ever well-up and post with this sort of sudden civility?? Lmao. People are sick and twised in the head; but you know the typical response they give you: ''ThE HElL YOu TalKInG ABoUT??''

I donât think thatâs quite how it works, just because you can still respect someone who has done bad things, and I think thatâs the case with DT clearly anyone who is human is gonna feel sympathy and empathy for this guy
the piece of stadium in the coffin was very powerful, respect DT
Big up DT, gets a lot of undeserved hate
Take a second and think about it. People say the most vial things... because of a football opinionđ€Šââïž. Itâs so silly.
@Gregg Hall shut up ur the embaressment
@Gregg Hall I would have agreed with you a couple of years ago. But I think he's calmed down a bit now and as such is more bearable.
@Gregg Hall You just donât get it do you. Heâs a âprickâ... because he thinks someone is a better athlete than someone else. The world does not revolve around football. You have never met DT in person, but heâs a âprickâ because he thinks player A is better than player B. đ€Šââïž

Respect to DT, he has faced some dreadful experiences. Iâm not his biggest fan but his past definitely explains where a lot of his pent up aggression comes from.
You can tell deep down heâs a good guy with a lot of past trauma. However whether you like him or not, thereâs no excuse for online abuse
Agreed.
Yh, that probably explains the reason for his built up anger from the past, but deep down I know he is a good guy.

I can relate so much with DT, July 3rd last year my mum collapsed at work and went into hospital with a bleed on the brain, she was in there for a week and we were told on the Wednesday that she was recovering, but by Friday the bleed had came back and she sadly passed, we had her funeral later that month on the 27th and in the night/morning after the funeral my step dad passed away from a heart attack, I find peace with speaking about it because they are what Iâm truly passionate about, massive respect to DT for being so open and forward, big love from one arsenal fan to anotherđ€đŒ
Ps. Keep up the great work, as always Jackđ

It ain't easy to open up about this situation.
Hopefully DT is doing better now.

Mr DT, Claude and Robbie are the ones who I admire the most from Aftv ,of who they are and what they do in their lives. RIP Claude and I hate to see Mr DT, Robbie getting all the hate that they have because they don't deserve it. They are just passionate people who want to do something to make them feel better from their personal problems. Big up with DT for openly explained the death of his brother.

Dt has a character no one can replace on Aftv in my i actually watch Aftv because of Dt don't like people who are always looking for faults remember we all humans...bless DT my Mann đ
Big up DT for doing this. Real eye opener for everyone
I'm a United fan and follow DT on twitter, the hate he gets is unreal man, but as you can see from this interview he's a good lad, a lad who's been through a hell of a lot, and came out on top.
Yeah I'm a United fan as well I just have batter with him but yeah I hope he gets though this
Big up DT. I went through that experience with my father in 2019. He died in my arms on a respirator. Traumatic experience. Scenes that will never fadeâŠ

This is so sad man. Seems like an absolutely lovely bloke on this podcast. Feel so bad for what's happened to him. Genuine Respect from a fellow Gunner.
I know in a way how this felt, when I was in college back in 2010, my aunt was in hospital and I'd planned on going to see her once I'd finished in the afternoon. My Dad got the call that she'd died before I even headed off to college.
That hurt. A lot.
DT, what you and your family have been through, I pray that there will be no more for you.
Great insight and bravery to talk about this. Must have been and still be difficult. Respect to you DT đ
Respect to DT. We must understand everyone goes through life's tough side , stop the online abuse and harsh personal level attitude .

The amount of people these boys have made me actually like is insane. This podcast brings people together. Respect

Really have seen DT in a different light between the two clips Iâve seen. Guy seems genuinely spot on and down to earth. Fair play to him! From a Celtic fan!
I lost my dad 2 and a half years ago and DT explaining everything in detail just made me relate so much
teardrops came out listening to this big ups dt
Massive respect to DT. I went through a similar experience with my sibling and there will truly be no other pain like losing a brother or sister too young. Seriously, if you have ever lost a sibling, you will know what this man and myself are talking about. Losing a sibling is quite literally living THE nightmare. There will never and I mean NEVER be a true escape to the mental torture and anguish of losing a sibling, let alone right in front of you as we both experienced.
I hope DT sees this, I hope someone grieving sees this and I hope everyone who has been spared such grief sees this too. We are all in this together.
If anyone is struggling with grief and needs someone to talk to then please message me.
Respect to DT.i've been following him since day 1 but was unaware of some of the incidents he's been through.
Huge respect to DT for opening up, it's definitely shown a different side to him and changed how I see him.

So much respect for DT. Iâm going through a similar situation at the moment after being told my nan passed away 2 hours ago. My nan was someone who meant the world to me due to rarely seeing her due to living in Australia and her living in the uk. I couldnât say goodbye the way I would have liked due to COVID restrictions in Australia and trying to get to England. The only thing I could do was say goodbye to my nan through an iPad screen.

Not always DTâs biggest fan give how he behaves sometimes. But I respect him for being open about his own traumas. Takes some courage
This is the real DT and I wish we saw more of this version. Not the fake persona we see on AFTV for the cameras. I'm not taking any digs at him I think he's a true inspiration.
