Baazar Jaisa Veg Momos Recipe | सॉफ्ट और टेस्टी वेज मोमोस घर पर | Quick & Easy Veg Momos at home

Veg momos
Refined flour 1 ½ cup
Water as required
Salt 1 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Cabbage 1 cup
Onion ½ cup
French beans ½ cup
Carrots ½ cup
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Spring onion 2 tbsp
Kitchen King Masala 1 tbsp
Black pepper pwd 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
In a bowl, add refined flour, salt, water and knead it.
Later add some oil and khead.
Make a semi-soft dough and rest it for 15 minutes.
Heat a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and saute.
Add chopped onion, chopped cabbage, chopped french beans, chopped carrots and stir fry it.
Saute it on high flame, just to remove the moisture.
Then add soya sauce, salt and black pepper.
Once moisture has been reduced, keep aside.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into circles.
Place the stuffing and fold them into momo shape.
Steam them for 10 mins.
Heat a pan, add oil and pan sear steam momos until it gets crispy coating.
Serve hot with chutney.
Momos Chutney
Soaked red chillies 3 pcs
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger ½ inch
Tomato 2 pcs
Onion chopped ½ cup
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Vinegar ½ tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Water as required
Salt ½ tbsp
Heat a pan, add oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onions and saute it for 2-3 mins.
Later add soaked dry chillies, chopped tomato, sesame seeds and cook it for a while.
Cool down the mixture and transfer it to a mixer jar.
Then add vinegar, soya sauce, some water and finely grind it.
Chutney is ready to serve along with momos.
