Good tip! You don't need ancients unlocked to use someone elses ancient TPS? That is pretty cool. People should upvote this for visibility
A good point but beware people/clans camping the annakarl ruins waiting for people to teleport in on w30, I'd reccomend using the other house party world w465
@@worldofcubing8242 the nexus comes with a scry function, just look around before you tele. I've gone to 465 a few times, but I've never seen any hosts there, so 330 is likely the only option. Great vid, but you should include a tally of hour many hours you play per day. I suppose most causals wouldn't play more than 2hrs/day, with maybe more on weekends
You probably just gave a bot back their earnings for the day in those yews lmao
Haha yeah there's a good chance

I appreciate the video and found it really helpful. I haven't played for years so I don't remember much and finished all F2P quests earlier today and got all my skills to 40/50 minus rc at 20, crafting at 9 and mining/smithing at 31 to prepare for membership.
I tele-grabbed wines till I had about 2 mil but too tedious and stressful let alone the price of bonds have doubled since I last played so was looking for a guide before I chucked 11 bucks and this one definitely helped so thanks again :P.
The Chicken farm at Lumbridge, there is a stump/chopping block with a bronze wood axe stuck in it. So it’s right there when you respawn and need to canoe to the Wilderness in a hurry, saving valuable loot reveal/despawn time.
Love the vid, dude 👍🏻
Wow! This is actualy good.
When killing lava dragons, bring a pestle and mortar so you can grind up the scales. It will save you several inventory slots.
But you should be banking more often cuz of all the pkers
@@JMRabil675 I mean. At that low a level wildy tends to he dead.
Maintaining membership:
Step 1: have enough time to play!
....... well f*ck
Take breaks and keep a bond in the bank at all times
Maintain membership: pay for members. If you can’t afford $10 a month then you shouldn’t play
@@bostonnate4024 Let me give you a quick reality check: not everyone can afford to pay for a video game, some people don't even have enough to buy food. Wasting money is a privlege of the rich, not everyone has it.
@Guud it’s literally 2x as much as wow
My credit card company pays my membership to keep me as a client ;)
Having started a skiller account recently and coming fresh into OSRS with very little experience, I found a few methods I personally enjoy doing for a bit while making decent money. Obviously, as a skiller, there is no combat, so no lava dragons. Fletching is profit right off the bat. I simply trained my woodcutting and made arrow shafts until I hit 20 fletching, then bought enough feathers to make them into headless arrows. I then fletched the best unstrung bows all the way to 55, then stuck to maple longbows till level 70. Maple logs are currently worth nothing so maple longbows are fairly profitable, around 75-80 gp each.
The second method is the blast furnace. That place is incredible. Just complete the knight's sword quest so you can make steel bars. Those are profitable already. Once at 50 smithing, make mithril bars. Making them without any useful unlockable items is pretty good money, but if you get ice gloves, a coal back and full graceful, it's absolutely amazing and the money will roll in with very little effort.
Third, do not underestimate runecrafting. Guardian of the Rift made it a very easy skill to train. Still not the fastest ever, but you're guaranteed to make good money and you can work your way towards the runecrafting outfit. I got to 70 runecrafting in about 5 days, playing casually and even without runecrafting pouches. If you can get pouches, it's faster with better profit. Selling all the runes I made from that grind, I earned about 8 million.
Crafting was easy experience and money too. I didn't make bowstrings, instead I did gold jewelry in Edgeville. Gold rings can be crafted from level 7. Gold jewelry is similar profit to bowstrings, maybe a tiny bit better, but the experience is a lot higher. At 25 crafting you can make jade necklaces and those are pretty profitable. You typically double the money you put in. As a footnote, if you want to get some magic experience too, you can enchant them and increase your profits. This is probably the laziest, most profitable way to get to 56 magic for high alchemy.
Finally, farming. Treat it as the occasional break from whatever you spend your in-game time on. You can make money right off the bat, even before you unlock herbs. You'll need teleport tablets to Falador and Camelot. If you have 30 construction, relocate your house to Hosidius and get house teleport tablets too. Get 24 of the best allotment seeds you can plant. It won't matter for the money you make, so treat it as lazy experience. Always use ultracompost. Yes, even on the junk vegetables. Rake your patches. You'll want as many weeds as you can get and stuff them into the nearby compost bin. 15 compostable items are needed to fill it up. When everything is planted and the compost bin filled, the money making begins.
The trick for earning money with farming is really simple. You'll want to make ultracompost. Making ultracompost has no level requirements. Grab a bottomless compost bucket off the GE when you can and use ultracompost on everything. This increases the yield of your farming patches and drastically reduces the chance that your crops die. As for the ultracompost, until you can plant watermelons, you need compost potions. You also need 25 volcanic ash per compost bin. Sell your spare ultracompost for easy profit right off the bat. Sweetcorns are really nice here as you can plant a scarecrow and guarantee the sweetcorn never dies. You can do the same thing with watermelons, but you need to have fully grown nasturtiums in your flower patches. At 59 farming you can replace them with white lillies and then your allotments will never die again, no matter what you grow in them. Again, treat your farm runs as a nice little break. It's easy cash that only gets better as your farming level increases.
My little skiller is about 3 weeks in, has nearly 1000 total level, all dragon tools, a pharaoh's scepter, a regen bracelet and around 15 million cash. All without PvM and completely self sustained.
hey do you have a discord or something, i kinda wanna learn more about this, im just starting osrs as well
Getting Agility up first as a new member is probably more important than making money on day one.
get the money back to maintain the 14 days then do whatever
@arch btw i do pay for membership, sucks to be you who assumes someones life from a short comment
@arch btw I can't pay 11$ a month because 1 my family is in broke crisis right now and 2 i can't work because i am too young, and wtf does being Venezuelan have to do with not having fun? (I am Moroccan)
@@Dino-pq9bj It's a reference to people in Venezuela that farm gold all day in runescape as a day job because the country's economy is in shambles.
Word. I recently switched to OSRS from RS3 and not being able to use all the agility shortcuts i'm used to is a pain in the arse.
You're a good man for giving back that players drop trade. Extremely admirable!
this really helps a lot, i'm trying to get into osrs
Hey, Dicerz! I know this is coming much later than the video was posted but thank you so so much for your many osrs guides! For a while I was following your guide s step-by-step, particularly with your walkthrough osrs series. Thank you for all the time in hours you put and trying to help noobs like me. I would offer you a tip but I am extremely broke right now so thank you for all that you do.
I actually really need this thank you
Thank you for watching it!
I recently traded in 3 Bonds for 45 days of membership. I originally used your methods with some alterations to get those bonds a few months ago. Guess I picked the perfect time to pick the game up again for another guide :).
One thing I would suggest having everything you need to unlock Fairy Rings before you start Membership. I've found with a Chronicle, Fairy Rings, Spirit Trees and Gliders unlocked you can get to a lot of places without having to use direct teleports. Fairy Rings also make some quests a lot easier get to like Ithacam's Little helper since the desert Fairy Ring lets you skip half the desert.
This came out of nowhere in my recommend section and I was looking for one of these
8:47 you can also just Take-axe from the chicken coop from the stump!
This is my favourite osrs youtube channel.. Thanks for this video
The painful reality is that maintaning membership for in-game gp just takes too much time of off the actual entertainment you could be having in the game. I know people are crazy about playing "for free" but it's never free - time is money. You are better off spending a couple dollars/euros and then just having fun with the limited game time you have, instead of slaving away doing mundane stuff for hours to play "for free". If someone has 3 hours a day to play, then devoting 1,5 hour a day to farm money just to play kind of defeats the point.
I get what you mean. But for me, i dont have the money to spare to buy membership but i do have the time. I also enjoy doing stuff that makes me the gp i need for bonds
@@jesswasher7552 That's fair enough I guess. I just feel like too many people get too focused on this idea of playing for free, and the game becomes another job for them, instead of what it should be - entertainment. I know it's a slightly different thing, but the mobile gaming market in general is another example of this. People rush to get all those free games, and they turn out to be utter shit experiences, while paying like 5$ for one of those paid games will usually provide with much higher quality entertainment.
@@Przymiot see and your time is money bitching is counter-acted by the fact that yes, I spend 3/14 days to get money for a bond. But now I have 11/14 days to do whatever.
Any one who says you spend to much time to maintain a bond with gp is lazy
@@razorcloud1 You can afford a bond in less than an hour working even the worst jobs where i'm from. 30mins working vs 3days farming.
Spending your money is *always* more time efficient granted you live in a great country.

My account was mid-level when I got around to getting a bond. I wasn't really sure what do to at first but eventually decided to run Barrows for gp. Bros, it's so good guys. If you have good rng you can make a bond in one sitting. I was pretty lucky and got an almost 2mil drop on the first few chests. By the time I did 20 I had easily made a bond. Even with keeping a few pieces of gear for myself and not selling.
multiple drops in 20kc is really uncommon, in 200 kc I only have 12 drops lol
@@broskypk3315 If I remember correctly I got the mage top, the axe, and one of the helms within 20 chests, and that plus my bank cash stack was enough for a bond. In total I've done 50 I think. Maybe pray to RN-Jesus?
same thing, i got a drop ratio of 1 in 7 for barrows parts instead of the usual 1/17, and most of the drops were good parts, made over 9 mil in 50 chests
probably had a shit-ton of luck but it was nice
What's the recommended level to run barrows?
@@andypuentes3614 hmm, for start doing barrows i would recommend 60+ melee stats for clearing tunnels, 50 magic for iban staff/slayer staff, and if ranging the mage brother probably 50-60 ranged too.
it will not be the best money making method at that level tho, but those were the stats i used at first, i do recommend going to level 75 magic for toxic trident cuz it's way more powerful.
Love your videos Dicerz!! 😁❤
Thanks!
The way you say words make me happy.
Love this video idea ツ please continue!
New one coming out on Saturday!
Want to add here: I have started a HCIM 2 days ago doing everything in F2P before I go member, so would love to see a video in the future on how to make money early or generally as a F2P HCIM, as I have been struggling.
I'm not really an Ironman person, i don't know jack about F2P ironman money making lol
Ogresses. As always.
Making silver bars into holy emblems (or symbols I forget what it’s called) is the best money for low level f2p ironmen
There are some good ironman money-making methods but the best for sure, especially early game, are safe spotting ogresses and smithing, and since you’re a HCIM i recommend splashing or grinding to 55 magic for high alch because you can’t use the wildy shop without risking status
@@carsongrant3515 Right this is what I have been doing, glad I have been doing something correct then.
This is a perfect series!

Although i find this a very good method i would still reccomend anyone new to just buy membership and fully focus on improving the account, u can do that in a casual way too. It is just way more efficient and what is a few dollars anyway. I can make if lucky 2 bonds in an hour basically and i even still pay the membership costs and am not using bonds cuz i still rather improve my account instead of playing the game for the sake of getting a bond back everytime
I have never spent a dime on my main, and it is at 2131 total level and I am mostly doing vorkath for bonds.
Dam that's good achievment man

Was just recently given a Bond by a random Member. Gonna try and upkeep the membership.
1 tip to make money for members that are low level is tanned green d hides and selling them. it's not great money but the leathers sell for 100200 each more. always check the ge prices.
I do tanning hides in the next week/next video. It is a good one money maker.
I'll keep paying the membership, even if I became a billionaire tomorrow. I don't want Osrs to go away like it did ten years ago.
even if you buy bonds youre still paying for membership indirectly. its supply and demand. as long as people buy bonds for gp then other people will buy bonds with real money and sell them for gp
@@INSIDExGAMING Exactly. Jagex actually nets more income from bonds than subs.

Very helpful!
Its funny, I did almost the exact same thing at the start. I did drop parties tho from Twitch ppl and just around world 301 to get out of f2p then fletching till lvl 87 or something silly to get 10-15m :D

this is how workouts should be presented to you, its just more enjoyable
What's he mean "your items don't show up for you, only for other people" in that drop trading clip? Is there some update I missed or is it just the "if ur account wasn't logged in when the item was dropped, it'll never show up for you" thing?
I think that's exactly what he's talking about. It used to be that anyone can see all items dropped upon login. But Jagex changed it so that when you log in, you can only see items that have dropped after you're logged in to that world.
@@RedeemedOSRS weird
That's crap kills the idea of drop trading which is very useful for some people. I just log on with my alt though simultaneously.
@@Geeza-rc9kz It doesn't kill anything. You just said an outright better alternative to drop trading.
@@TheChronozoan ye but too man req for alt now, don't get why they added that what's the point of it
What do you mean that by drop trading your items don't show for you? Is the game aware that you are on 2 accounts and wont show drops on 2nd account or?
great guide thank you :)
thank you!
Does anyone know when and why jagex changed the red dragon isle to lava dragons???
Instead of glory bring holy symbol + wealth. The ring improves the drop rate dramatically
A downside of starting dragon slayer early is you can get dragon tasks then. It might be better to hold off on dragon slayer till way later.
Back in the day I got to 80+ crafting making bowstrings.... At Seers Village...
mad respect for him giving the stuff back, what a CHAMP
Make 750k perday. End of two week you have money for two bond.
Easier way to get cheap membership is get nord vpn and set it to a country with bad to dollar ratio and buy cheap membership with paypal
2:10, I use to drop trade up until I quit with the removal of wild & trades.
You can get level 13 Runecrafting and get 600k+ an hour just from making Mud Runes. Do some looting in pvp worlds for about 150k, then you can easily just do it from there. After you get money for 3 bonds, each bond is worth 15 days, which is best value, so you can go level up your account, preferably combat so you can supercede the mud runes method eventually.
Axe can be grabbed from the stump in the chicken coop near the cow pen and fishing spots
What's the chance of actually returning from Lava Dragons?
I've tried to go to Rev caves a few time and was killed every single time, with glory amulet being the most valuable thing I had, most often even before I get even 10k in loot.
Dude you deserve more views

Should have done varrock museum quiz but it's a fun series!
in order to drop trade, your account has to be logged in when the items are dropped or you can not see them.

I dont get howd you make enough to get a bond? From the logs?
Is this still possible to do in current era of OSRS? bons are now what nearing 11 mil?
At 19:15 how did you get those green collision boxes to show up? They would be very helpfull.
Raul Junc you have to download runelite client
Best thing you could do is agility to 84 and go to revs you'll make 2m gp per hour easily
Drop trading does work, but the items only show up to people who were logged into the world when they were dropped.
Planning on making a fishing alt can a fisherman make 2 bonds in 2 weeks with 99 fishing
another good way is to train firemaking till u can burn maple logs buy a shit ton of those they are really cheap till u can go to wintertodt and keep doing that gives good items.
just thought id say, ive had my bond for 4 days and looted in pvp worlds for around 2 hours at a time, it can make you millions in one sitting and is great for maintaining a bond.

Here’s some more tips use a pestle and mortar to make their scales stackable drop your food if your full the bones are way more valuable and don’t leave after only 4 kills fill your looting bag make your trips as big as possible
amazing
Inalways wonder how people have the time to get anything done with just one bond
