Fantastic video. I use a signature on my Outlook emails. Is there any way I can incorporate this in the emails to finish it off? Otherwise, it worked superbly when I tested it.

Hello, how does the mail merge work if the recipient list > 500 ? Outlook does not send email if the recipient listed is >500 and I have to manually update the recipient list multiple times for the same email. Your advice is much appreciated :)
Hi, thanks for the video. Is there a way to customize the subject line for each of the emails.
You can only set the subject line for each merge. It doesn't allow you to customize each email.

Hi Jason, I followed your video but I am not able to find the emails that I want to send in my Sent Items folder on Outlook. Do you know if there is a way I can solve this problem?
Make sure they are not stuck in your outbox. It will go there first and then send. Also, make sure Outlook is your default mail system and does not prompt for a profile when you open it. Are the mail merge letters showing up in Word if you preview it?
is it possible to have different Subject line . The content provided by you are awsme, really helpful. But please help m in clarifying with that dbt as well.
At the 3 min mark in the video it shows where the subject line is entered. It uses that subject line for all emails.

It uses the default address. You can change the default if needed but it will only work with one address.

@@martina71704 If you have more than one address you can go to File-Account Settings-Account Settings and select the email account you want in the list and click on Set as Default.
Will this automatically attach your email signature? Or should it be included in the Word document?
No, you will need to add the signature to the bottom of your word document.
Are you able to populate the subject line, and recipient address in outlook using this method?
Yes, the video shows how you can use a spreadsheet with recipient email addresses. When sending the mail you can type in a subject line as well.
Is there a way for me to be able to use one part of the word doc as my message and another part (page 2) as my attachment?
At 3:12 in the video it shows how you can add an attachment. That will send emails with your word document text and the attachment as well. If you don't want it as an attachment you can insert it into the word document on page 2.

Great video. Is there a limit to how many email you can send this way?
There is really no limit for Word, Excel or Outlook. Since it sends each as a separate email and uses Excel for the data source you can do many. Excel may limit you to a million rows depending on your version and the processing of large attached or crazy high numbers of emails may make Outlook not respond. The most likely limit is your ISP for your mail account. They may have limits to deter spam.
Hi there, I have a question. I am able to do all of the steps, but I want to send the emails from another mailbox, open together with my private one in outlook. How can I choose the mailbox from which I want to send?
That is one of the limitations to Outlook Mail Merge. You can't select an alternate email. You could setup a separate profile for that email account and then do the mail merge from there. I've also purchased Email Merge Pro previously. You can find the product at www.standss.com/emailmerge/. It will allow you to select from multiple email accounts.

No, it only allows the mail to.
How would you send from a different mail address, or at least a different mailbox...
Im my Outlook I have 5 different mail addresses and want to send from different addresses, depending on content.
Unfortunately the mail merge does not allow you to change the from address. You would have to set the default to the one you want to use first or use a third party tool that allows multiple addresses.

I tried to change the default mail address in the settings - closed and re-launched Outlook. Did not work on my test - Do I have to do a total Compute Re-start, or am I changing the default in the wrong place?

@@PIXbyGrant Actually it's been awhile since I tried it and I don't think changing the default works. It always goes back to the main account you have no matter what you do. When we had this problem at work I had to remove all the other accounts to get it working. The only other option was to use a third part mail merge tool designed for multiple accounts. It's a bummer.

By using a spreadsheet table of addresses you really don’t have a limit.
Mail merge doesn’t work for MacBook Outlook version. Is there another way?

Hi......I have followed all the instructions in the video & when I run the Finish & Merge to send the emails I get this error 'The products we found in your account can't be used to activate Outlook'......any suggestions ? Thanks
You get that error when Outlook is not licensed on your computer. Open Outlook and go to File-Office Account and check the license settings. You may need to change the license or login to Office.
@@SeleTraining thank you for coming back to me. I can see that the product is unlicensed. I am given the option to activate the product but when I do this it comes up with the same 'The products we found in your account can't be used to activate Outlook' message. Sorry I'm probably being very dumb on this.
@@curtisdora9967 Sounds like something going on with your license. You may need to remove it an install again through whatever service you have. If Office 365 you can login to Office.com and install it. If it is a standalone version you may need to load from the disk again.

It creates an attachment out of the word document you use to merge but you can’t add a separate attachment. You’d have to use a third party solution for that.
How do I select which email profile I want to send from?
It works off of the default mail account.

this is amazing but I think my computer is blocking this somehow. The emails arent going through! I don't blame the tutorial, everything else tracked and it was so clear
There is a limit of 500 emails per day but other than that it should not block your email.
@@SeleTraining that was a quick response! Thank You. I figured out the problem was that after I set up outlook on my desktop (tonight) it was loading slowly so I had to go into it and manually hit the "send/receive" button a few times. Then it sent! I did a little dance. A lot of hours saved.

Le publipostage a des limites et n'est donc peut-être pas la meilleure solution pour la facturation par e-mail. Chaque ligne de votre fichier de données crée un nouvel enregistrement de courrier électronique.
