Hi Amanda, Welcome! Add your test email address to the contacts list and remove any other contacts. This way, you can safely run a test flow. Once the test is complete, re-add the other contacts to the list and execute the flow.

Hi, It doesn't have an option to preview the email like you can do on Mail Merge on the Outlook desktop application. You can keep your email adress only in the contact list and run the flow to see how it looks, then you can fill the contact list. Thank you.
It works with the free version of Outlook as well. Make sure you do not select the Office 365 actions in the Power Automate flow. Excel online is free.
Hi, Please add the file extension with the file name when you are adding the file ( 6:54), put it in the file name. For example, if your file is a Microsoft Word file, add filename.docx to the file name box.
