The best shot in the room is probably the one who fired the most rounds last week. Hic shoots a LOT.

Still the most beautiful pistol ever made. In my opinion.
i like the 1911 a little more from the looks but after that i would choose the baretta m9 aswell.
I think the most beautiful pistol made is the 1911 but this one is pretty nice also
jeremy beverly Luger?
Gamestyle01 I've always liked the complex engineering behind it. The 92 is the refined futuristic version.
Yep. I've shot both the 92 and the 96. The 96 is a little bit more difficult to handle, and its ammo is quite a bit more expensive, but, as far as stopping power goes, no gun combines it with reliability and useability better than the Beretta
Damn no ones running away from this guy😂 accurate af

Always amazes me how good of a shot he is .
Lo TheGreat he is a pro at this he been doing this for long long time
It's unreal. He acts like he's not sure, but he's competitive level for sure.
It's a shame that Beretta lost the military contract. I carried one for many years and it is a fine firearm.
Whod they lose it to
Dante Planeta Sig I believe
Gotta remember it goes to the company that gives them the best price per gun. Not neccessary the best gun.
The worst pistol if u don't clean it like really often it gets stuck just like the first R15 so many dead soldiers because of thar
@Robert Lang. The M9 is a very accurate pistol. However, the M9 does not have the power of a 45 caliber 1911. Which the U.S. Forces used for at least 60 years prior to using the Beretta M9. You digeeeeeee.
Everyone gangsta till hickhok shows up
Hickok is the Bob Ross of firearms; it's so relaxing to listen to him gab about guns while performing his art.
That FDE/Tan is actually a really good look for the Beretta M9.
Is it a polymer frame?
+Slinkman2021 no it's not.
+Slinkman2021 Agreed. It does look good on that!
Yeah, I'm normally not a huge fan of FDE. It looks great on this though.
my airsoft version looked dope, but the paint scraped off with frequent use
14:24 anyone else see them bullets travelling, .25x is really cool too see them
Nice!
can really hear the length of time it takes for the sound to return
That's crazy! Thanks for the timestamp 😘
I did, thought I was seeing things, great shooting.
I don't know why but I love watching this man shoot guns...I guess it's like shooting with my dad.
I own two M9's I bought one when they first came out, and later bought another in the 'Inox' stainless steel just because....
I've fired thousands of rounds and have NEVER had a single malfunction of any kind, they 'eat' everything I've fed them and they're pretty damn accurate once you get comfortable with the grip (it is a little large) and learn to grip it in a consistent manor.
I only wish I could shoot as well as Hickok, he is AWESOME isn't he!! And he sure can make that steel 'ring and sing'!!
Gotta love people who complain about the price of this. People dump hundreds into their glocks but I'm the crazy one for wanting this.
how much?
900 range
+Solar_Empire pssssshhhhhhh worth every dime!!!
+Solar_Empire Give it time, it'll come down a bit.
XxSpyyx yea it probably will but I'm impatient once I acquire the funds this will be in my collection no doubt about that.
Such a great gun. I've been enjoying mine quite a bit. I had been looking forever trying to find a good threaded barrel for my 92 and didn't have any luck. So, I had to get a M9A3 to get a threaded barrel! :)
+Military Arms Channel We are still waiting on them here in Oz. $1385 retail here but you have to pre-order (which I am).
I have an FS. I was wondering if you or anyone knows if that lower is interchangable? I wish the FS had the acc rail. I know old man hickock doesn't like it, but its nice.
But we all know you got one now! 🤪🇫🇷😎
You can get a barrel from Beretta for 200 and some change

Ok, I'm going to be the batman on this one... "Does it come in black?"
i don't think so but maybe
yes
ithinkmynameismoose I'm just wondering for the shiny silver or nickel plating like in HL:S with the HD pack
ithinkmynameismoose no, the A3 does not come in black. Only other M9 variants.
Now they do.
Beretta's use to be exotic guns. James Bonds first gun was a Beretta 418 he use in WWII.
Beretta has been in the gun business for 490 years. Amazing!
Doc Mason there so common here people forget.
490 years, really?
Pounc3r since 1526, the first items produced were barrels for muskets of the Republic of Venice

Love the videos and I LOVE the guns you showcase. You’re a damn fine shot as well. Always wanted to get my hands on an M9A1. Keep up the great work!
Whoooaaaaaaa.,..I want to be like this when I'm getting old ...he is accurate and fast af🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I thought it was kind of cool that when they zoomed in on the gong you could actually see the bullet traveling. Always enjoy your videos. I want my first hand gun to be a Beretta.

My favorite handgun. Such a beautiful work of art and engineering.
I love the giggles that come after every shot! So giddy; love it!
(Everyone else on CZcams reviewing this Gun) “And it comes packaged up in this really nice case, Beretta did a superb job putting this package together!!”
(Hickok45 Talking about the case 13:18) “It looks like a lunch pail!”

I love my M9. It's my daily carry. Originally I was looking for an F92 (to compliment my berretta CX4), but one day I walked into my local gunsmith/seller.... fell in love with mine instantly. It felt good in my hands, looked great and just recently got a threaded barrel for it. I often, at the range, get questions about it. The reason for the it won the contract was how reliable it was and it was highly accurate. That said one that has been abused, such as in the military (where they are issued and reissued), they tend to have a lot of issues which often leads them to be seen as sub par. The reason it was rejected... came down to cost. Other makers made not as good sidearms with cheaper price tags.
I am a gunsmith in Canada, I only wish we had the firearms you have in our range. Different country different rules :( Awesome videos keep them coming!
If you don’t have a little giggle after blowing through a mag your not human 😂
I love the joy with which he shoots and instructs. I find myself retaining everything he says. Brilliant.
He remindS me of Bob Ross the painter on tv. " oh lets just put a tree here and why don't we give him a little friend and... were just having a faboulous time" all done in a very calm soothing manor.
this gentleman fires in the same fashion. " let's see if we can get that pot. would u look at that we got it. lets get the little guy next to him"
Thats a pretty good comparison, never thought about it but yeah you are right.
😄😄😁😁😎yep
Shoot the devil out of it.
Wow, lol.
LMAO! I don’t think Bob Ross would appreciate being compared to a gun wizard, but you’re right!
I love the way he chuckles every time he blows something up. Kind of like a kid.
I love it! Your videos are a break from all the ones with all the unimpressive technical jargon, high end earmuffs and shooting boots. You’re just guys in the back yard shooting stuff. My kinda dude.
Just love his joy of shooting. Sounds like me when I shoot, I can’t help but grin from ear to ear and chuckle.
You have taught me so much. I remember watching you when I knew nothing about the sport. Now I collect, reload, and soon I'll be doing competition. Keep it up man
This is the only channel I see about fire arms. You great, sir.
I'm surprised hickok45 has not built his own line of firearm's with as much love and knowledge as he has for them!
15:11 When hickok shoots left handed, he shoots with a gangster wrist-twist.
Lol

I've always loved this firearm. They are so Beautiful and just such a well crafted handgun!
God id love to have one. Its one of the coolest looking pistols imo:
Big and heavy but stylish and beautifully designed. The brown camo finish suits the m9 exceptionally well.
The giggle always makes me smile.
This is a wholesome old man with a heartwarming laughter. Can you be my grandpa?
I love my M9A3, one of the most reliable guns I ever owned.
You can tell he enjoys shooting by his laughing. Great stuff mate
You are one of the best shots I’ve seen on CZcams, very impressive!!!
funny enough, I wanted a 1911 in .45 for my first gun. After seeing pricing for the gun and ammo, I was hesitant. Then I discovered this. Bought it on a whim... and I love it. For those that don't want a plastic framed glock or Sig sauer, this is a great alternative.
Got myself this Beretta a couple of days ago can’t wait to try it out this weekend 🙌🏽
So how's going man?
I bet you weren't disappointed with it.
Anderson Fielding good choice
How do you like it? I am looking @ this for my next purchase, some honest feedback would be cool.

I laugh everytime he says pot smoking when he shoots the clay pots lmao
The m9 beretta along with the sig sauer 225 are my most favourite looking automatic pistols. Such a beautiful guns
Oh, the Beretta 92's really are pure gun porn.
I have to admit that I did fast forward to see the shooting part! You’re awesome, Hickok, keep’em smokin (just the firearms😆)!🇺🇸
Like the way Hickok laughs after he hits a target. Cool video I have an M9 after having a SW 9 M it’s a great gun
Mr. Hickok45, The first 9mm I ever owned was a Taurus in stainless basically a Beretta clone in this design. After putting several thousands of rounds through it, 24 years ago I ended up trading it for a new nickel platted Ruger Vaquero .44 mag with 7.5" barrel, (even trade). To this day miss that Taurus. I have just always thought this design was beautiful. So about 2 months or so ago I ended up purchasing the very gun you are reviewing in this video and I am very pleased. When I add the wrap-around grip I have a much better grouping than I do without, possible because I have slightly larger hands, so I am now training with the regular grips too improve my abilities. I am a huge fan of your videos and as I live in Arkansas I hope to one day make a trip to Tennessee to visit and maybe shoot a little if that would be alright with you.
Thank you for all the wonderful videos and information that you provide. Please don't give it up any time soon! I look forward to seeing more!
Sincerely.
John Chappell
10:01 my hopes and dreams
I actually have always liked the levers on the slide. They make it easier to work the slide than if the sides of the slide are smooth. I never had an issue putting one on safe, but I always just naturally use the slingshot method with them instead of coming over the top like a lot of people want to do. Easy to press check, too. Just put your thumb on the tang, hook your first two fingers around the levers and squeeze a little.
I absolutely love my M9A3; I put the bigger grips on it since I have wider palms and it feels very solid in the hands. Even with the more slim grips, it's still good. Haven't shot it with the suppressor yet but eager to give it a go eventually. The polymer guide rod I was a bit skeptical at first but I've yet to have any issues with it. Personally, I prefer the M9A3 and I've also shot the Sig Sauer M17 which I also own and the Beretta is by far the more superior in my opinion.
Beautiful display of wisdom and experience.
747 GRAIN 9MM!!! NOW THAT'S A HOT ROUND!
3:41
+Lukegriz77 He said "Hundred forty seven" dude, not 747.
+Lukegriz77 Haha I heard 747 gr too
Well considering the grain is the bullet weight, that would be not hot at all . It would be rather slow for a bullet weight 7 times what it's supposed to be
+Brandon_ 7.62x39 the grain is the amount of powder not the weight of the bullet you fire
+Damion Johannsen Both powder and projectile weight are measured in grains, but the grain number on a box of ammo is the weight of the bullet. 147 or 115 grains is way too much powder for any common round (typical 9mm rounds might have 3 - 8 grains of charge, depending on the powder), and in any case knowing how much powder is in a round doesn't tell you a whole lot unless you know what powder it is.
When I see this gun it give me a feeling in my stomach i love it hopefully will own one, one day. Australian gun laws are tight
Love my 92fs and my 92x. Both are beautiful fire like butter.
This man know how to shoot target. 👏
Haha I love this man He has so much fun with his guns and his humor and his young heart is amazing
For me there is not another handgun more beautiful than the m9/92fs, and the only handgun I enjoy shooting more is the cz75
ChrayzedCore Luger?

Walther P38?
This design of Beretta is heavily inspired by Walther p38
8:58 that little tune sounded like my doorbell ringing.
The size and weight aid in reducing felt recoil and gives quicker follow up shots. It is the smoothest and most reliable 9mm in the market today.
M9 + decocker replacement = great carry gun. :D
Can't wait to get one of these for winter carry.
+Justin Gruwell there are people who can pull it off though
+Justin Gruwell George Zimmerman carried a kel tec, he fired one round...
It's really whatever you feel is appropriate. I currently carry a SHIELD 9mm, but feel it is too much of a compromise on capacity, so my next gun will be the compact version, then hopefully an M9 or R8(for hiking and camping).
***** I honestly believe you should carry the largest you can pull off comfortably and effectively
Mine is a collectors/range toy. I wouldnt want to use it for home defense, since it would most likely be taken away for evidence. Def makes the #1 spot for being my favorite pistol though.

Always liked the aesthetic profile of the M9. Like the 226 in this category better functionally.
The Taurus PT92 has the frame mounted safety. I love it. Works just as good as the M9 for usually a few bucks less. But I have an m9a1 and it's just a sexy handgun, no doubt about it.
