Adam was created in the image of God and was put in place to be in charge of all living things. Eve was created from Adam’s bone the same bone that protects the heart. Men are more logical and women are more emotional for this reason

I enjoyed this speech, and just thought I would share my thoughts on it. Interesting concept. It's weird, I never thought of someone going off to war as being an act of emotion, but it totally is. It's also logical though, to want to protect your family and country. Say if a family man goes off to war. In his mind, doing so will make it more likely his family and home are safe and his child will grow up healthy. To go off to war and risk your life is a huge challenge to volunteer for and may seem illogical because you could die. But the human body is "programmed" to want to procreate and so uses emotion to say, hey, this is a high priority goal, lets make a logical plan to achieve it. There must be a balance of emotion and logic, since if you take away too much of either and you lose the essence of what it is to be human. Just my opinion. Thanks for sharing TEDxEmbryRiddlePrescott

Emotions should never be given precedence over objective truth.

I can pretend to be a horse doesn’t mean my actions make me a horse. I can feel wild like a horse, I can feel strong like a horse, I can feel in tune like a horse, but my body will never physically feel what it is to be a horse.

You have to figure it out on your own. The speech wasn't about how to, it was about using the knowledge of both to maximize your goal (leadership, marketing, production etc) no one operates the same.

      The purpose is community.

If someone can go study but is family will suffer or can go work to pay for his family then here the logic is with emotions about is family
And the emotions is the logic, because by logic if he will not use the emotions he will suffer him self because the only reason he studying is to pay for his family but if he will not work now he will not have a reason to pay for his family in 4 years from now
But when it's comes to understand thing and logic in life like man and women there is no emotions in this logic truth

If everyone in the world thought logically, objectively it would be a much better place. It wouldnt be as interesting, no great pieces of architecture or works of art. But it would be better, most if not all world conflicts wouldnt have happened. Equality would not be an issue. We would be far more advanced scientifically and mathematically and religion and prejudice most likely wouldnt play such a dominant role either. You often find the logical thinkers, the mathematicians and scienticts are athiest or agnostic. I have no problem with good religious people, I like that it teaches you to be a good person (although you should know that without religion) however I dont agree with the spiritual side and the fact that people all over the world use religion as a scape goat for their emotional views on humanity.

    • @BnMProductions11
