In this episode we disassemble the rear doors ,strip the old paint and apply a fresh coat of epoxy primer.

honest question.... should police cars have operable rear window and door handles....

I don’t think so. I think one of the previous owners refitted the locks and window cranks.

Ok. Talked to the experts. The door lock rods were disconnected and taped inside the door and the window cranks were removed. 👍🏻
