- Pride Month has come and gone, and with it the rainbow flags and banners. So, Piers Mortgan brings rapper and podcast host Zuby, transgender activist and writer Eli Erlick, Uncensored contributor Esther Krakue and comedian and podcast host James Barr together for a timely review of this year’s festivities.
One thing that has been noticed by more than just a few is that in the US, Target have massively scaled back their pride merchandise and observance of the holiday after the conservative backlash, leading many to question their commitment to the queer community in the first place. Conflict then arises when the panel arrives at the topic of trans women in women’s sports. Then we move on to the overnight success of the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl and what it says about western society. Piers also has an interview with Power Slap heroine 'Hungarian Hurricane' Sheena Bathory about her rise and somewhat tragic journey into the brutal new combat sport of slap fighting.

If that is not what you believe, explain why a girl in a boy's body can't decide to transition into being a girl physically if the parent and doctor agrees to it. I have said the same thing as Piers, just open up a category where the trans people compete against each other the same way we have with all other sports.

Exactly. The idea of not having different categories would ultimately lead to someone in a wheelchair playing against an able-bodied person. That's simply not fair sport.
Problem with that is that trans people who are also athletes are so incredibly rare that there isn't enough of them to form a league. A better solution is to have a separate mixed gender league that is divided up by weight classes regardless of gender. Essentially a pro-trans league for people who don't care about the genitals of the person they're competing against. You can also divide it by testosterone/estrogen classes rather than weight. Alternatively, you keep the segregated leagues and decide whether a trans woman is allowed to compete with other women based on whether her weight/hormone levels are comparable to other women athletes
Their condition actually qualifies them in the Special Olympics.
You would still have biological males competing against biological females...I don't get how a separate category makes it more fair

It's always people who have never participated in a single athletic endeavor in their entire lives who argue that the delineations in sports don't matter. They never have an actual logical argument as to why but rather immediately turn to appeals to emotion or calling the other side a bigot. It's incredible to me that trans people will alienate potential allies who support their existence and grant them 99% of what they want but will turn around and call these same potential allies transphobes over a micro-niche issue that most reasonable people think is worth further discussion. I don't understand how they can't see the damage they're doing to their own cause.

The fact that you have James Barr on the show so often really limits how much I watch this show. In fact I often skip the one's that he is in. He is worse than Destiny and is the type of person who basically covers his ears and and says "la la la la" when someone is telling their side. The only reason I watched this one is for Zuby.
