Check you coax cable at the back of your Dstv decoder. If there's no signal after checking your cable, the problem may be from your satellite dish. Get a professional installer to help you out

It's not scanning because there isn't enough of the signal quality from the satellite dish that have been placed outside the house. The first thing is to connect the cable at the back of your decoder really well and if there's no positive outcome, call a professional Installer to get you a stable signal from the satellite dish.
