Im in SA I have reached the step 4 of 5 lnb type is universal and turner signals status are all full.then when i want to scan it doesnt click..kindly assist
The signal is not that stable. It's showing blue which the percentage might be ranging from 35% - 55%. Most DStv Decoders will not be able to scan with insufficient satellite signal. * So adjust the satellite dish to get few more additional percentage. First reconnect the signal cable well and try shifting the LNB to a different position to check if that will get you some additional signal.
Get 60% or more. Some trackers / receivers might show a higher percentage but the actual quality might be below the displayed figure. so always try your best to get more before leaving the dish. Using a bigger dish for Dstv will also improve the signal quality

I bought my DStv yesterday bt not activated.
You have to to call DStv Office for activation after you're done with the installation
