Reset the Decoder to factory defaults and check the video and audio cable. Try changing the cable if there's no positive outcome. Try connecting a different device with the same cable on your TV or sounds system to know exactly which device in not getting you the signal. The problem might not be from the Decoder.

My dstv is giving me an error where it all of the channels that are usually open and part of my package I'm getting an error where it say it is not part of my package for of the channels that are part of my package
What should I do
Reboot your decoder bro
Mine keeps saying poor signal even though it the correct signal settings
I did the Factory reset and it’s saying pg blocked
What if it's saying your signal strength or signal quality is poor
Check the coaxial cable at the back of the decoder. If there's still no signal, get someone to help you get a stable signal from the satellite dish.
So how do you go back to the Channels if it doesn't wanna to do step 5
Hello sir, I am currently working on an old set of decoder which settings happen to be different from this. It doesn't have E36b it only have iso and w7 in the satellite name ..how do I configure such decoder.
If you are living in :
*Botswana
*Malawi
*Mozambique
*South Africa
*Swaziland
*Namibia
*Zambia
*Zimbabwe
Select IS20 satellite.
Select E36B if you are not living in the countries i have listed above.
I'm I'm Nigeria, and there's no E36B on W7, Astra and some others.
Does it mean the decoder should be replaced to a latest one??

If it's an Explora Decoder, you don't have to change anything on that page. The LNB type have to be UnicableTM/SatCR.
Check your cable at the back of the Decoder if you're still not having signal, maybe the problem is coming from your satellite dish. You can seek the help of a professional Installer.
If you are using zapper decoder you can change the LNB type to Universal depending on the installation type. Trying changing the LNB type to Universal if you are using a dstv zapper decoder.

Sir my DStv has no signal what can I do please
First connect the cable at the back of the decoder well, Run The Installation Wizard to Check the rights settings, and if there's still no signal, call an installer to help you with the signal tracking if you can't adjust the satellite dish yourself for the stable signal.
My decoder is a zapper decoder. when i am doing n get to the manual setup, after press select, the decoder keep on rebooting. please help me
Let the decoder upgrade it self when it starts upgrading automatically. With the rebooting, check the coaxial cable and the ( F - connector ) at the back of the decoder and fix it well. Don't let any of the ( Earth wires ) touch the ( main pin ). If there's no positive outcome, send it to a nearby DStv office for replacements or repairs.

Hey I'm on installation wizard step 4/5 but there is no signal to scan an I can't get out of installation wizard
(There's no signal), check the cable at the back of the decoder. You can remove the power cable and insert it back to boot it once again

E30-0 error is just subscription not being confirmed.

This channel is blocked because your dstv decoder has been inactive.
You have to buy a new package for the channels to start working
