sick vid im in to my mbs so i do all sorts but wanna get stronger so i have the confidence to try new things ie skills and tricks wile im trying to sort my head out natrilly and this seems fun im out doors getting that vit d wile working out and having fun switch up from sherdding it on a bike to working it out so thort this would help me keep leans fit agile with the strenth and exposif power and endrance to just keep going and going i finily found what i need in my life to be healthy and happy

Only just discovered your channel... Thank you for being inspirational. Like others Id like to know if you in fact rest? Often gyms teach upper body one day then lower body the next... I'm going to try your full body routine every day... and hope I don't snap.

First of all, respect to your progress!!
My question is: Is that a daily routine or every two days or three times a week.
I know there are a lot of beginner/.. routines on the internet but nobody is saying how many times a week I can actually do it.
For example, Frank Medrano (I bet you know him) said once in an interview that you can do bodyworkout every day because you use your own weight and not like 100lbs or whatever.
Would be cool if you can give some advice.

Imam jedno pitanje i predpostavljam da je to genetike ali svakako bolje da pitam tebe jer si iskusniji, Naime, poceo sam da treniram pre 7 nedelja i primetio sam nesto na trbusnjacima. Sad, onaj najblizi srcu, gornji levi kao da je deo 8 packa a ovaj do njega, gornji desni, 6 packa. Sad to mozda i nije toliko problem ali se plasim da vezbam da se ne bi i ovi ispod njih jos vise deformisali :D Inace ODLICAN SI
+Enes Selimovic samo jedno pitanje, ja radim inace prvo triceps pa stomak noge pa biceps i sve tako u serijama, e sad da li je bolje da radim sve odjednom za triceps za stomak i to ili ovako da nastavim u serijama :D pozz
baki imam jedno pitanje da li moram prvo da omrsam da bih krenuo trenirati ili cu omrsati vremenom uz trening?

+Belhaiah85 full body routines usually go every other day for exaple you workout at Monday and then you rest at tuesday workout at wednesday and rest at thursday....

+Dirk Jendreck it's assisted,try them they are simple,on a wall or something,but if you cant do them,then pike pushups are the answer

+Thedon mike dont do this same workout for a year, switch it up every month or two, especially the sets and reps. Adjust them to your level.
