too, he is doing calesthenincs for a good couple of years now but you gained way more than he did over the years. Why is that?
Chris doesnt have really good genetics even tho he is really strong and lean, It depends from person to person and you shouldnt compare yourself to others since everyone is built diferently.
Yes , your right. I didn't thought about that .... everyone is different , but how I see it, Enes has a lot of mass, Chris on the other hand has smaller muscle mass but has more fiber... Oh well , that's not the point. The point is he became what he is now by calisthenics , and if it worked for him and many others then my opinion is it's better than weightlifting.

Thanks. This is the most important thing/part of the whole calisthenics workout routine.
If you don't warm up properly you might get injured. The worst thing is I know, I've been there, so i'm done with heavy lifting and weight lifting period.
I'm gonna try calisthenics after I gather enough information to get me started, the rest ...along the way.
Not easy to do calisthenics with shoulder joint fucked up, but i'll give it a try.

Hi. Not yet. I.m doing a treatament for my shoulder joint problem. After that i'm gonn'a do physiotherapy and after that i'm getting started ;-) Hope I can get results.
