As a deaf kitty I imagine this is incredibly stimulating for her. And she doesn't have to worry about all those nasty noises that might otherwise startle her!

I commented on this too. He's turned her deafness into a positive, into a factor that allows her additional freedom she wouldn't be able to have if she had her hearing. The noise of the city would terrify most cats, I'm sure.

I found an abandoned kitten in the snow in my yard. At first I thought she was fearless, because she wasn't afraid of things. It took me a month to figure out she was deaf! She was the best cat I ever had and I miss her every day.

Ye, deafness often occurs in cats with a totally white coat...(just like the one in the video, so this not is a coincidence...)
Same experience with my family's first cat Toulouse : ) We thought, dang, every other cat hides from the vacuum cleaner, Toulouse chases and plays with it!! And since he couldn't hear himself either, he also wasn't very stealthy, you could hear him come down the stairs. Yup, completely white and blue eyed.

Her deafness has become an asset. It has opened up a whole new world for her in that she can travel, see new things, meet a lot of people and have a better life than she would if she could hear.

Her being deaf really works to her benefit especially now since those sudden loud noises can't startle her!! I would've been worried more about car horns and vehicle noises the most but she doesn't have to worry about any of that, just gets to enjoy all the riding and bird watching to her lil hearts content.

People asking if the cat is enjoying the ride seem to forget cats are not 100% domesticated creatures and they are naturally curious about what's going on outside. Not all cats like going outside but you can tell immediately because they show they are anxious or scared sticking out their tongues, hiding and meowing desperately. That cat is absolutely enjoying that ride with her human.
