- I've been putting this off for a while now, but the time has finally come to sell off my collection of motorcycles. I'm going to start with a clean slate and simplify things a bit. Here's a walk around of the different bikes and what I hope to sell them for.

I’m impressed John, good for you. You were one of the few who was making it big at at a rapid rate without even trying. While most give up their careers because of the money they bring in from YT, you had your reasons for not pursuing that path. Probably doesn’t seem like a big thing but so many try so hard for years and don’t make it.

Dang man I was in the same boat thinking about selling my bike but even if you don't ride much it's still nice to look at. Money comes and goes a dialed ride can be hard to find

Hey I usually don't comment but i am often watching,
when I thought about starting a CZcams channel your videos about how your channel is going financially is kind of what made me commit myself for now over a year to try to make a living myself with a motorcycle channel.
It’s very hard to do so I get your reasoning for making these decisions.
But as long live is good with whatever you do it’s ok.
youtube can be so hard some times and time consuming.

I've built/been racing 110s on sx and gp tracks here in ohio, my club style dyna has been sitting mostly...change is good!
Seeing the dyna go makes me the saddest. Seriously, such a sweet bike.

I've been going back and forth with the dyna for a while now. Definitely not an easy decision.

It was the right decision at the right time. Like you I rode skateboards. Kept skating pools till my mid-40's. Should have given it up in my mid-30's. Knees are messed up and other lingering injuries piled up in the last few years. Just stopped healing properly. I walked away from it for a few years, but started just downhill carving boards again a few years ago. Not the thrills of pool skating, but I've learned to enjoy skating again. Hopefully, you can find joy on motorcycles again in a way that's less taxing on the body.

How much for the entire collection?
I've spent countless memorable hours watching JMG videos. Two things I will never forget; the 12 o'clock wheelies and the time when he would hand out bottles of water to random people out on the streets. Every time I see a bottle of water, I am instantly reminded of Jon. Best wishes from the south west coast of the island of Australia :)

Why not maybe keep the sporty so if you get the urge to ride you have something. Even once or twice a month
Look into dirt bikes man, so much more enjoyable than MTB. Get a dual sport KTM 500 or WR450f plated. Can cruise around and ride trails when need be. Moved into one of those an a Tenere 700, haven't stunted or ridden MTB since
The mtb is good for me but I may get a dirt bike at some point still. Yamaha tenere is on the list for sure!

I managed a business for over 15 years, thought I was going to do another 15 and retire. I enjoyed it up until about a year ago. Decided to quit, cash out stock and travel USA with wife and our 3 kids. It’s been the BEST decision of my life!
