Such an amazing lesson today. The Spirit really touched me when Tyler said "It's interesting that the way Samuel describes how they are going to know that the Son of God has been born into the world is through Heavenly manifestations of LIGHT" - as soon as Tyler concluded this sentence my heart started pounding and it grew to fill my chest and tears streamed down my face. I wondered and asked "What is the Spirit trying to teach me or remind me of here?" Then a voice said "He is the Light of the world, your healing can only come through Him - Look up, have peace and joy... it's yours for the taking." For many, many years I have been working through the trauma of childhood abuse and neglect and also from my first marriage. I've been exploring trust and my issues there and earlier this week I realised it's more about I don't trust myself, than trusting others and I prayed about knowing how to let go of all this pain and move forward as I learn to trust myself. I believe this was my answer. It was a very powerful moment for me. Thank you so much for these amazing videos every week, I am learning and growing so much.

It amazes me that I can read that same passage in the same chapter of the scriptures and then listen to your lessons and I realize that I missed some of the depth and breadth of the latent messege.
The context and historical implications that you expose make the story richer and more spiritually edifying.

Tyler, as a person with TWO separate terminal illnesses, your message today gave me a peace I cannot describe. I praise God every night, ask for the opportunity to repent my sins, and renew my covenants. tonight, I will search hard to find a sin that I commited today, because all I will do today is reread these chapters, and apply your message and perception. I will soon be blessed with the opportunity to use all of your lessons and hope to be judged well because of them, THANK YOU and blessyou both!!

Yay! Sunday School at home! Our ward goes every third Sunday to be safe and socially distance, so this is so timely having these lovely lessons. You guys are really good examples to all of us. I always get super excited whenever your vidoes come out. Plus, my infant son likes watching you, also, some. Maybe he likes the frequent smiling or the nice Spirit. I've been reading all the associated chapters, also. I try to read/listen to them all before the lessons, usually, and then I listen to you two, and then I'll read more carefully after the lesson. It really has helped me understand the Book of Mormon much more, so thank you!

Every week i say, THIS was my favorite lesson they've ever done, but then the next week it's -NO! THIS was my favorite! And the Hebrew adds so much. Ya know how we have had many manuals through the years to improve teaching...and they are good, but i think better yet would be to just watch Taylor and Tyler and then have a discussion of why we enjoy their lessons so much. The lord has given them a wonderful talent but they in turn have showed me what i can do on a smaller scale with my class. Thank you. Again and again. Best lessons ever and I'm 69 years old. I feel i have grown closer to my Heavenly Father than ever since home worship!

I want to say that I enjoy and look forward to each and every lesson you guys give. I have never before be able to have the scriptures taught to me like this. It is especially helpful in this time. Please do not stop for I gain so much that I have never known before and I don’t want to stop learning from you two. You guys are a blessing to me who is returning to the church and have had been away for 16 years. I can not tell you how moving and essential your lessons have been to me as I move closer to the Savior.

I have had 2 children leave the gospel of Jesus Christ but knowing the plan of salvation and the way you explain it and the things that I have learned over all of my years that some day I may be able to have those children again in the gospel. It makes me want to live the gospel even more so that I can qualify to have those children.

Taylor - one step we usually omit in the Plan’s schematic is the Millenium. In your version of the model, would the Millennium be represented by the short period between the resurrection and the final judgment?

Wow, we just had an amazing discussion in our family after learning more about how Christ's Atonement and Resurrection covers Spiritual Death without condition, and then to learn about a Second Spiritual Death. We had never heard this in all of our years studying the gospel. We deep-dived and researched what was taught here, along with prayer, and it makes perfect sense to us now. We are thrilled to learn that we will have the chance to be back in God's presence before the judgment. I highly recommend everyone read the article pinned at the top of the comments to learn more about these truths.

I did love your different lense of view of the plan of salvation. And the minimal work we had been asked to do in order to be and become like our heavenly parents. Tyler is teaching that we aren't sure about how he is getting all these prophecies so precise. God, Himself told Samuel to go back to these people and just open his mouth and He would give him the words to speak. Thank you, Taylor, for injecting the meaning of his name, for it is truly how the prophecies can be so spot on.

Super awesome lesson. Thank you sooo much. I love you guys. I just started to read Helaman 13 and was blown away at the courage Samuel had and his trusting of the words Lord put into his heart. 10 times he told them to repent in this chapter and 10 times he pronounced a curse if they didn’t. And in Hel 13:1 it says the Lamanites obeyed the Law of Moses, the 10 commandments. I see that God has laid down his law and He gave them the choice with a warning. Thanks for all you guys do every single week!!!

I like how Tyler pointed out that King Benjamin and Samuel both said EXACTLY the same things that an angel told each of them. I think it’s pretty amazing to also think that as Joseph Smith transcribed the Book of Mormon, that those exact words are what he wrote as well at very different places in the Book of Mormon! Definitely must not be a coincidence, but caused by Divine Intervention.
I wonder if it was the same angel...

I know for certain that the creation and fall were reverse engineered so that the conditions would be available for us to have a Savior because (as you said), He is the Center of the entire Plan and that having a Savior was always Plan A, not a scramble to “fix” anything. I am very grateful to have the diagram of The Three Pillars of Eternity. When I served my first mission as a senior missionary, the elders were teaching one of our investigators, explaining the Real Estate Plan of Salvation. At the end of their lesson, I suggested Christ was missing from the Plan, and one elder placed a small picture of Christ on the board. I appreciate so much having a visual of the Real State Plan of Salvation as well as your thorough and tender explanation of our Savior’s central role. Thank you.

Really stood out to me when Tyler talked about wanting to become like our Father, not just return to Him and our Heavenly Mother. Just this past month I had the realization that had never occurred to me before but caused me to reflect to our premortal life, when we were all together-spirit children/brothers and sisters, to a Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother who had immortal-perfect-bodies! We could see the beauty and the joy in that which spiked our desire and motivation to come to earth and go through whatever was necessary for each of us individually. Our Heavenly Father and Mother knew each of us perfectly and knew EXACTLY what that would involve-what we would have to face and carry in our mortal lives-for each of us, and we were so willing and motivated to do whatever it would take because we so much desired to become like them!
We wanted to have a perfect immortal body. We wanted to have complete joy. We could see how they were so perfect in every single way! Pretty hard to really comprehend. Something none of us have experienced here on earth. Instead we are surrounded by imperfect people, yet, it’s a good thing because the imperfections of this mortal life are what help us to become like them. And thanks to our perfect brother-who is not only our brother but our Savior, Jesus Christ, who made all of this possible for each of us.

This is such a beautiful, clear explanation of the plan of salvation , about how much the Savior did for us. It is so humbling to know that everything I do has already been reciprocated by Him. I remember the words of King Benjamin that we are less than the dust of the earth. I am totally indebted. No matter what I do, Jesus Christ already did everything for me.
