While people might go to homage(like me, hahaha) cause finding good condition is very expensive right now, all credit should go to seiko for creating and making design as iconic as monster. Forget the spec, sapphire crystal, milled clasp and other that seiko lacked,All hail Seiko....but looking my wallet i just choose Heimdallr...hahaha

I own the orange one and thinking about the new frost and maybe even the red. If you're thinking of getting one, just do it. This piece is fantastic. Specs aside, the bezel action is excellent and crown action and grip just as good. It looks great, feels so comfortable on the wrist. I won't tell you it is as good as my Oris Aquis watches though not that far, but it is very close to my Helm and it's better than my Rado Captain Cook which cost 10 times more.

First off let me say I'm now subscribed to your channel and this is my 1st video watching of yours! Great job keep up fantastic work my friend! Ok now for the ugly, LOL! I'm a huge Seiko Monster guy. Have a large collection of them. Consider myself a specialist in them. Dracula 3rd Gen on my list to purchase this year. As far as the copy cat concerned, no thank you! Dont see how they even get away with copying without getting the pants sued off them! Personally I will stick with my Seiko Monsters! Dracula commands 500 plus and worth every penny since discontinued and since more rare will only keep going up in value! I promise to watch more of your videos and comment! Great job!

I own the Dracula second-gen and it lives in the watchcase. It is just climbing in value. I just bought the Heimdallr Orange Monster. It is very high quality for what it is. I wouldn't mind banging it up some but would cry if I got a scratch on the Dracula.
Oh yeah. I can understand that. But my 2nd Gen had tons of scratches on it already 😅. Thanks for watching bro 👍

Indices are not really greenish on my Heimdallr full lume version, it's just that the lume is super strong and starts shining even with direct light hitting it.
Which version did you went for bro? I can't recall if Heimdallr made a full lume version of the Monster. Thanks for watching 👍

That case is really unique. All credit to Seiko. That's what makes the Heimdallr so compelling. I'm sure they'll do more dial colours and variations.
Another interesting homage take is the RDUNAE Retangula Monster. That watch seems to have taken inspiration from both the Seiko Sawtooth and the Monster.

Good job in the comparison video! Does the lume of the Shark as good or longer lasting than the Seiko? To my book it's almost perfect if it doesn't have the protruding crystal and 12 o'clock lume.
The lume stays as long as a Seiko should. I'm pretty sure it's using C3 superluminova so that explains it.
you seems not to have specified clearly this is the K version of J version of the Gen 2 black dial red fang version . it seems this is just the K version. also , the Bezel rotation sound or feel of your Monster 2 seems much worse than my 309J orange monster Gen 2. likely just due to your overuse and over turning .
Yes you are right. Mine is the SRP313K1. And the bezel did had a ton of abuse in my 7 years of ownership. Thanks for watching bro 👍
