    Hi everyone! How are you doing!? We already gone through half of the year! I hope many of you get the results that you want! Those who didn’t see any changes! Don’t stop! Don’t ever give up! Might as well push through until end of this year! You will surprise on how much you changed at the end of the year. This workout focus on shoulder and neck! Its not high intensity workouts! So you can do this everyday! ❤🎉do until you get the results that you desire! My recommendation is 5-6 times a week! Those who read this. I pray that you will always be healthy physically and mentally. I love you all❤

    мне очень нравятся ваши тренировки! делала тренировку 30 минут на ноги, жуть болели, но мне нравится что эти упражнения качают их. так же пресс, тоже болел. в общем благодаря вам и другим тренерам я имею очень крутой рельеф❤❤ благодарю вас ❤❤❤
