Loved this show when it was aired and I love this video you made. Keep up the great work,
I remember wanting a train to go around my house thanks to this show! 😂
*Tobey, played by actor Meeno Peluce was the star of "Voyagers!" (1982-1983) and is half-brother to Soleil Moon Frye (Punky Brewster)*
I love the "very special" episodes of the 80s.
I LOVED Silver Spoons. The Retro arcades in the living room were the best!
Carlton was a professional dancer--- makes sense why he won Dancing with the Stars 😆
I met him a few times at my job. Me & him share the same name(Alfonso)
Loved this show as a kid & Ricky Schroeder was mature 4 his age at the time
Just one of the guys is one of my all-time favorite movies I can recite almost every line Word for Word totally under rated movie.!! This channel rocks!!!!
I loved this show. They gave Jason Bateman his own show because he was upstaging Ricky. Nice Saved By The Bell reference. Ricky reminded me of a early Zach.
He was always clearly a better actor than Ricky
And we now know a much better person
4:05 *Billy Jacoby/Billy Jayne also was known for playing Mikey in "Parker Lewis Can't Loose"*
I always get Billy Jacoby mixed up with Bradley Gregg who was in Stand By Me and Nightmare on Elm Street 3. They looked just alike
He was also in Cujo.
Thank you because they took down from everyone else
Full house had same kind of episode I think every 80’s sitcoms had these
That was a really enjoyable video. I greatly enjoyed watching this episode along with its counterpart episodes Silence Is Not Golden from Full House and Dangerous Secret from Boy Meets World.
It would have been really cool though if on full House they would have had Uncle Jesse confront Charles's father the way Eddie did on this show. The ending on the full house episode silence is not golden was kinda weak imo
Another very special episode on Silver Spoons was when Rick was babysitting a girl who has been kidnapped by her father. Also a "two parter" about a girl in Rick's class who gets pregnant.
What I think is really dark is the kind of man the star of "Silver Spoons" Ricky Schroder grew up to be...
Good show
He also played the white version of JJ in a dream episode of Good Times
Are used to see Alfonso at the golf course in California when I was modeling for all the beer companies. He was a very talented dancer that unfortunately became a laughingstock because of Carlton but he was quite talented as a dancer and it’s a shame that his abilities got reduced to the stupid Carlton dance when he couldn’t really move the same way as Savion Glover, but in a different style
Toby is Punkys brother
I wonder where the kid that played Tobey is now....According to wikipedia he has done anything since 2001.
9:28 Alcohol abuse as well as child abuse.
80’s show theme song were boss!
I always had a crush on Kate.
Full house did an episode about child abuse, it was titled '' silence isn't golden "
Yep
They did however I like this one a lot more because it was more impactful that it actually showed a confrontation between Eddie and Toby's father. The full House one ended on kind of a weak note. Had they done the ending of full House with the same exact ending as this one with Jesse confronting Charles's dad it would have made for a much better episode and a lot more impactful
Looks like somebody lost the Omni.
Was Janette Armond in this????
Fine. But where can Ricky go to get help with his basketball skills? That pass in the living room was WEAK.
I usta wash all the time stell do
