*Two Minute Tip: Trim and Reveal All in Photoshop*
I found some time yesterday to put together a short Photoshop video tutorial on a few features I find very useful in Photoshop: the "Trim" and "Reveal All" commands. Take a look here, or head on over to my blog for this tutorial and more!

Thanks for this. I wasn't even aware of those two commands, but they'll be useful in many ways.
Thanks for sharing Nicole. Can you please tell me how how were able to select a different layer by clicking on an image within the canvas? I always get frustrated having to click on a layer in the palette when I want to select a different part of the image. Thanks :)
Nice tip , but I think I will need a tip in opposite way , I designed a logo and I just don't know how to convert that logo in transparency that I can I use it in some images ***** sorry to ask you thank you , love your 2 min tip , it help a lot : )
didn't know option before! Thanks!
Rowan Sims Yep, ***** has it right. You can also go to the Move tool settings on the top and check the "auto-select" box, but that can get annoying for some people. I leave mine un-checked and use the CMD/CTRL key to click and select different layers.
***** Yes, this was in CS6.
Juan Carlos Guzman What file-type is it? Did you flatten the layers, or do you have it as a PNG/PSD type file that supports transparency and has the logo on its own separate layer? If it's flattened you'll need to remove the background by way of selecting and deleting or masking it out.
