    CCK fought for me for 7yrs!! I won my case and got a kickback....Lets just say....it put a smile on my face :) God Bless CCK!! They will fight and win!! Be patient! I love them because I could just live, work, and enjoy life all while fighting for my claims. They know how the VA system works! I am forever thankful for CCK!!

    Medical evidence!!!! That’s the key. Make sure you let your doctors know how you are feeling and how it affects your daily living and how it affects your job performance or if you can’t work because of it! This is key to proving and winning your claim!

    I’ve been following you guys since 2 1/2 years of three years and I had to say you guys are phenomenal. I am in love with two blind attorneys there one I believe her name is Courtney. She’s awesome your staff is wonderful and you guys are on the level and everything I just been awarded 50% with my sleep apnea even though I was denied three years ago three times but they only gave me 10% now I’m in 90% now what I don’t like about TDUI is that I was reading that yes it is 100% but I believe when you hit an age like 67 it stops and also I was informed that TDUI is not permanent! You guys are wonderful and I’ve always even though I am not a client but I have recommend over 50 people to you guys. Keep up the good work your staff is outstanding, and all I can give you is 10 stars and above blessings to the entire CCK firm

    11:29 one method that can help proving you are unemployed or only making marginal income is to use a income statement from social security. You will need to pay for it but it's only like a hundred bucks or so and it fully documents the employers you've had and all the income you've made this way you can have something to prove that negative so to speak.

    Does the VA back pay on claims change on TDIU vs. a straight 100% disability rating?

    Hello, have a question. If someone is rated 70% for PTSD and they apply for TDIU, would the the rater ever increase the ptsd and deny the TDIU?

      Hello, this blog may help to answer your question: cck-law.com/blog/am-i-eligible-for-va-individual-unemployability-based-on-my-ptsd/

    • @chino2037
      @chino2037 Před 2 lety +3

      It depends on the rater. They may just increase it to 100% or just grant the TDIU. If you get the TDIU you cannot work but with the 100% PTSD rating you can.

    Good Morning, To all the Veterans that may want to use a Lawyer for their claims, l would like to recommend the one and only (CCK) Care, Commitment and Knowledge, and ohhhhh they have understanding of our conditions, In and out of the realms of the VA Rat race, they stared down the toughest of the tough lawyers to put me at ease when l was going bonkers on them with my ( all of the above, Anxiety, , Anger ect) they tried to told me ( in my New Orleans voice) there is one way to skin a cat, as long as it’s legal and in the field of justice for us, they will get it done, my excessive worrying was not necessary, l should have known that from the 100’s of videos where again ( in my New Orleans Voice) they tried to told my. So relax my fellow veterans, sit back and watch Mike, Kevin, Christian and all the pretty east coast lawyers in there staff do their thing and E- Bennie will be referred to Easter Bunny, because of their commitment to your claim, as we say in the 82nd Airborne owww ouuur!

    Hello....from 2006 to 2022 I was 50% service connected for PTSD. Got an increase in June to 70%. Then I lost my job and I filed for TDIU. I sent my medical records from 2006-2007 from my original claim to the VA. My former employer refuses to fill out form 21-4192. Will that hurt my claim or as long as I have solid medical evidence and have been getting treatment and meds should I be ok with getting approved? Thanks.

    Can you get TDIU removed if you are 100% P&T?

    • @chino2037
      @chino2037 Před 2 lety +4

      Only if the VA sees your condition improving. If you tell the VA you are getting better then they can take it away or reduce it.
