My poor wife had five operations with rods and screws--her pain transferred from her back area to her rectum, legs and feet. This pain was blamed on scar tissue growing and nothing could be done. Even a pain pump did little. She suffered 30 years and lived to be 90. Thankfully she is now in a place where there is no pain or tears.

I have severe spinal stenosis and I’m im pain daily and only 57 and have no quality of life, also with damage/myelopathy , and have had no help, just left to suffer, is it expensive for this operation in America, would love to come from the uk to have it done by someone like him who knows his stuff.🙂
@@carolworswick9681 Unfortunately, medical treatment is expensive here in the US. I would suggest calling his office to get real information as some Drs have special rates for situations such as yours.
December 9 2020 2.5 years and counting from day Dr Cantor performed c2 to c7 stenosis removal with the most extraordinary results. Other than a scar on my neck you would never known I had surgery. FULL MOVEMENT UP, DOWN, LEFT, AND RIGHT AND ABSOLUTELY NO RESIDUAL PAIN. Dr. Cantor knows what he’s doing..This man stands above the rest. I have spinal stenosis and it's very painful. And there's days I have to crawl out of bed.. my doctor told me the worse thing to do is lay in bed all day.. so now I do go for walks a couple days a week.. my back problem was caused from being thrown off a horse.. and I've had back problems since I been ,14, years old... and I finally had back surgery and it didn't work out.. but I know people that had successful back surgery..

Today is September 22, 2022 approximately 17 months from my surgery with Dr Cantor.
I’m in Spain today and Sicily later tomorrow on my five week vacation.
I’m extraordinary blessed to have found , met, and had surgery with Dr Cantor.
Lifting my own luggage, walking at least five miles a day all over Europe. Absolutely out of pain c2 to c7 surgery.

Hey Joseph. Is this an expensive procedure? I’ve had this pain going on 5 years now. Luckily I’m in pretty good shape because otherwise I’d be a wreck. I’m in Canada and I doubt this procedure is available here. Wondering if I should consult with Dr. Cantor…
Why would you not get this done in Canada? I know 3 people who had this done with a wait time of about 6 weeks. The cost is USA is outrageous.

That taught me an amazing amount about my DDD and Stenosis! I had no clue except that the "best doctor in the area" at the Neurologic Institute walked in my room, after looking at my x-rays, CT and MRI, and without examination immediately said, "You need surgery. I'm not seeing any other choice." My bigger fear came when I asked him how and he said he'd go in from the back. One month later he said he'd thought he'd change his mind and go in from the front. When I asked him what he actually wanted to do he told me, "You don't really want to know at this point. We will cross that bridge when we come to it". YES, I did want to know - hence why I watched this to give me a better informed decision - THANK YOU!! Curious? My decision is back where I started - no, I don't want fusion as it would later put more stress on C1-C2 and we know where that could go. You did however point out that waiting indefinitely isn't usually a better solution as the surgery may not go as well. This puts me to the thought that I will make sure to find a doctor that uses Ultrasonics (which I didn't know existed and now it's 2022!) for a better recovery even if they need to combine more than one way. May God bless you for your work and knowledge to be able (and willing) to share this information so very clearly in this video!

I forgot to mention that I also have rheumatoid arthritis so that the doctors that I do see blame it on the ra and don't seem to have any answers for me.

Excellent presentation on the condition I had at in my neck due to RA. Surgery was horrible and was very difficult, and took me 2 years to recover from. This doctor explained thoroughly and in-depth this condition. Thank you, Dr Cantor. Fantastic lecture.

Yes, l did the same. Very fascinating the move away from the frankencare and more gentile measures around the cervicle spine sections. Gives me hope to hear those measurements in your diagrams as well so l can really track my results with all 3 of my specialists since 2013(arachnoid cyst), 2017(concussion), and finally 2021(C3/C4 slipped retrotheliosis vertebrae, with facet spurring into canal, no disc herniation even though streched between these 2 verts. Unknown when slipping occurred- anywhere from age 3-today. Osteoarthritis in C1/C2 as well. My AC increases CSF and adds pressure at occipital nerve areas, clicks and zaps when eyes are over tired. Also, tinnitus. I meet in 2 wks with Neurologist for first review of my 2121 MRI reveal of the verts. I appreciate that you explain the information of the weakness of the limbs, pins and needles, and other symptoms. Thank you very much for your graphics. If you have experience of of retrotheliosis or details of it from other experience, l would love to see that demonstrated here.
Back in '88 and '91 I had 2 cervical spine surgeries. One from the back and the 2nd from the front of my neck. I believe they were successful with limited side to side neck movement. Years later, I became an RN. I must say your explanation was by far better than any my doctor or education I had provided. God bless you.

Dr. Cantor, I am a subscriber to your site and only wish I had "discovered " you before my surgeries. As you explained in video, I had no significant pain until I had irreversible cord damage.
My surgeon is great but "old school". I had no idea of the different technologies available for this condition. I am fused from C-3 to S-1 but T-2 to T-10 are not impacted at present.
My surgery was July 18, 2022 and still unable to walk or stand without assistance. My legs just give out without any warning. I have fallen 5 times since surgery while on walker. I always fall backward. My pain is greatly reduced and I have let my hair grow longer to hide the long scar in scalp and between shoulders. I live in California but I would have certainly come to you for a consult before surgery. I hope this is the last one. I will be 77 years old next Thursday. I am relatively pain free: Praise God and my surgeon! All my appreciation and kudos to your knowledge and your willingness to educate!
I’m 29 years old and I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis when I was 25 after many years of pain and searching for answers. A year ago I was told I had stenosis throughout my spine, including my neck, but I was never given any explanation of what that means. I’m glad I came across this video.

Not sure but saw keto diet can help ankylosing spondylitis. Investigate. Saw in reading somewhere about keto.
My husband has Ankylosing Spondylitis too, got it at age 28 the week after having an influenza virus. Now he is 74. He is still walking and using his arms. The more he sits the worse he is. He has to stay active. His spine is one big bone with no discs, no rotational movement. Never went on a biologic.

I've had back issues for 29 years after a MVA. Degenerative disc disease, Spinal Stenosis and Osteoarthritis. Numbness, tingling, searing pains, loss of dexterity. No Doctor has ever explained this to Me to date. Thank You for providing this!

Great presentation! Thank you very much. I was diagnosed with an osteoarthritis when I was 17, my foramen magnum is misshaped from birth, along with most of my joints. My hip joints were not formed at all. They didn't discover any of this until I was over 3. It took a series of surgeries to construct hip sockets. I walked and was very active throughout my childhood, but was told that I would be in a wheelchair by the time I was 23. I walked until I dropped. Took the opportunity to defy my doctors at every point, working at ski resorts for 10 years and spending my summers hiking. When I was 26, it became obvious that my days were numbered. Things took a sharp downward dive when I was in a vehicle accident ending with a compression fracture of L5 and twisted L7. Spending six months in a Jewett brace allowed too much muscle loss. Oh, I walked but everything was going down hill fast. I had bi-lateral total hip replacements done at age 32, which allowed me to go back to college and begin a new career. One which was sedentary. Though I did end up with foot drop after my right hip replacement, I recovered most of the use of that leg and foot after about six years of a lot of work toward nerve regeneration. I started to transition into a wheelchair when I was 43, after four attempts to stabilize my left hip with reconstruction surgeries. It was about this time when they discovered the misshaped foramen magnum and diagnosed the stenosis in both my neck and lower spine. The core exercises I was doing for physical therapy to help gain my strength back was causing a lot of inflammation in my neck. The area above and below my lip was going numb, my arms would tingle down to my fingers. I was getting white flashes of light across my vision and sharp pained headaches. They stopped all exercises that involved raising my arms above shoulder height and started limiting my movements.
They wouldn't do steroid injections, because the cannels had narrowed too much. I have yet to talk to anyone who has really been satisfied with any of the surgeries. I've already had 19 surgeries and the last two were very difficult to recover from. The pain is just too much. Oh, I could take more pain medication however, I don't like the side affects. I retired a couple of years ago, after 20 years of service in higher education at a community college. I'm now 60 and spend my days on a couch. I use a cane to get around my apartment, but need the power chair for anything outside of the apartment. When the weather changes or I do too much - that darn chair dancing or couch dancing in most cases - causing an inflammation flare up.
Not one of my doctors have ever really explained what all of this is and I've been asking. You have tied up so many lose ends for me and given me a great picture of what has and is happening. Thank you!.

Since 1994 I have lived with chronic severe pain and some days I cannot walk. I also have arthritis. Your video has helped understand what is happening in my body and causing me so much pain. I'm 70 years old and have been diagnosed with Cervical Stenosis at the age of 52. I had difficulty holding up my head. My Doctor did not want to do a fusion. I was told to exercise, which was very painful. However, I continued to do as instructed. In time I was able to enjoy a game of gulf and pickleball. Now, I do have relapses, but the discomfort is in the neck and back. I stay in bed for about a week and I am good to go. My relapses accure when I slack up on my exercise. I have gone as long as two years without a relapses. Exercise has been my only savor. I am so thankful to this day that my Doctor wold not do surgery.
If is suffering from a similar situation, just try exercise you have nothing to loose.

57 years old. otherwise in good shape... about to tour internationally as a saxophone player. feet and hands have both tingling and numbness , walking is impared and stumbly... I'm 20 mins into this video. Gulp. Xrays mention mild to moderate DDD at C5-6 and moderate change at C4-5. Very appreciative. Usually I'm unwaveringly positive - and that's the way I'll have to be - whatever happens. Life has been great. Kids are becoming adults. I want to help them not hinder them. @@MacchiatoSwirlGirl I’m seeing a neck Physio who is working on the area, I have constant tingling in my arm, though I do have a relief position. Might entertain a cortisone injection to settle the nerve irritation down and give the Physio a chance to weave her magic.

Many surgeons simply want to cut into you with no clear plan of future rehabilitation! I've refused surgery for years bcuz of this. Best of luck to you... Atleast we now have more information than we once did! No one I've seen has provided a more concise explanation & probable side-effects from these procedures than this video.

I was diagnosed with cervical stenosis in July of 2022 and underwent fusion surgery in mid-October, fusing C-7 to C-6 and C-6 to C-5. My surgeon warned me that future fusion surgeries may be necessary, especially C-5 to C-4, as there is already significant damage in that area and the new fusion will put undue strain on the non-fused spine both above and below the fused areas. My pain levels across the upper left half of my torso and down my left arm to my left hand had rendered me unable to work for almost 2 months, a severe financial hardship for me, but since surgery my pain levels are almost at zero. I have a dull ache at the rear base of my neck, some very slight remaining tingling in my left hand, but am able to work again. Surgery and immediate recovery (first 3-4 days) was pretty rough, but over all, glad I did opted for the treatment. For anyone with a similar diagnosis, research your options diligently, choose your specialist carefully, and, once you feel you can trust your specialist, go with their recommendations. Don't try to second guess your specialist, as Dr. Cantor points out many times in this video, there are MANY variables to be considered when developing treatments options, each very highly individual. What was right for me or anyone else, may not be right for you...

Thank you Dr Cantor, I have been looking for this information for past 9 1/2 years. At the age of 52. I had Laminectomy of C3, C4, C5, and C6. My spinal cord was compressed down to 3.5mm in three spots that was November 2011. The only symptoms I had was neck and shoulder pain for two years before (my insurance wouldn't authorize an MRI). October of 2011 the pain became severe and I started to fell. I didn't have the strength in my legs to get back up. Post surgery has left me with constant pain in my spinal column and peripheral neuropathy. My hands, feet are pins and needles. The outside of my arms and legs are numb. But I'm grateful I have no hard ware and I can walk. I see a great Pain Specialist. Until now, I understand why I have post surgery issues. Thank you again for this video.

I also have a wife with Optic Nerve Atrophy and a son with Mowat-Wilson syndrome. I, have been diagnosed with an ultra rare cancer, Erdheim Chester disease. This can impact everything from the brain to the kidneys. This video was by a LONG shot the best explanation of CVS that I have ever come across. Both the detail and the actual presentation.

This really makes me cry, I've been physically abused most of my life, ever since childhood. Have had so many concussions. I'm now 54, have been struggling to walk these past few months. I have severe spinal stenosis in 2 parts of my back 😭. Thank you for sharing this information

God bless you! I know your pain, I was abused as a child. I know now that I had several concussions during those years. But also had nine fractures in my lumbar region and one in my neck. I now have narrowing of spinal cord I am dealing with pain, stiff, diminished mobility.

I am almost 50 years old and have congenital spinal stenosis in the thoracic vertebrae. As I get older it gets worse and worse. My daughter is now 12 years old and after years of guessing on my part, it turns out she inherited it 100%. She I feel so sorry because I know what I have had to endure all my life and she will probably have to live through it all. We have yet to find a doctor that would or could help us. My uncle has a similar condition, but cervical. He has to wear a neck brace when driving and can no longer do his job as a bricklayer.
I wish all those affected strong nerves and that they fill "the painless moments" with lively joy. And something else I would like to note; sports like swimming, yoga and Pilates can improve a lot.

After suffering for over a year following a backward fall onto my neck and head, my mobility and stability are taking a serious nosedive and my doctors only say that I will have to learn to live with the stenosis and just keep taking larger and larger amounts of gabapentin and other pain killers. I want my life back and I want to be able to dance again, do yoga, hike, and not live in fear of my next fall. Dr. Cantor - thank you for giving us all a glimmer of hope. :)

I also have Cervical Stenosis. Numbness and pain in hands, fingers, arms. I also have Osteo Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. Went to three neurosurgeons after the Neurologist saw the Spinal Cord narrowing from the X-ray. The first two surgeons said I needed surgery right away. The third, told me how risky the surgery was, that I could end up a Quadriplegic and suggested that I wait as long as I can to have the surgery . . . . A lot of pain in my life, and as an Artist, or ANYONE, losing the ability to use your hands/fingers due to the numbness is horrible.

If steroid shots no longer work and you want to delay surgery, try Cymbalta for the pain. It has a side effect for some (myself thankfully) of drastically reducing nerve pain. Worth a try!

Thank you so much for making this video you have no idea what it's done for me I know the pain I've been going through just because I'm so strong-willed people would make me feel like I'm making this up yet the test show bothe injuries one early in life of one later in life that it was getting worse it's even harder when you go to a specialist and doctors we need more doctors out there that care about the patient's understanding what's going on and acknowledging what's going on with that I feel like when I go to the doctors I'm just being judged that's really sad enough wasn't done after my injury and overtime other health problems started to Rising lack of Mobility other mental things started happening depression anxiety I didn't want to have to file for disability but eventually I did took me 6 years it's been a Hard Road not being able to work of course my health suffered even more again I just want to say thank you for making this video I hope you make more and take the time to explain in detail what's going in detail what's going on with the body in detail what's going on with the body and it's fine when injured and the brain as well
I had ACDF many years ago; I had gone through decades of physical therapy and treatments for degenerative disc disease; my neurosurgeon suggested that my symptoms would only get worse; and likely would be irreversible if I continued. The surgery changed my life for the better! I had a level 3 ACDF with plates & screws that I don't even notice; and I almost 2 years of PT after the surgery while the nerves started 'waking up'. The main point is finding a good surgeon and understand that you WILL need to continue your PT afterward to maximize your recovery. (I had alif/xlif of my lumbar about a year after the ACDF because of the same degenerative disease; and would determine that surgery was also a success; but again, good surgeon and follow up PT.)

I just turned 58 and am very active.
Recently I developed severe tingling and burning sensation in my right arm.
An MRI revealed cervical stinosis.
I am horrified of surgery. If it comes to this I would trust Dr. Cantor to perform the plastic procedure.

Wao I've been learning so much with all the info you've given. In 1995 I am 62 years old now when I had a cervical fussion because I had a bone spur stuck in my spinal cord and it was leaking fluid it affected my arms and my legs the specialist told me that if I didn't have emergency surgery I was going to die so I did and I did good for a while however About 10 years ago I ended up having a laminectomy and now I'm having all sorts of problems with my back nerves I'm always in excruciating pain and my legs and arms don't have much strength anymore. For now I get all sorts of back injection and high doses of medication but this is no way of living. I thank you for sharing your experiences and knowledge with patients like me. Hopefully in the near future there will be a cure for arthritis and all of the problems that come with it
First I started having headaches, then eventually noticed my hands were shaking slightly, eventually so did my head and upper body. Then I was hospitalized with symptoms of headaches, dizziness, vertigo, hand tremors, loss of sensation in fingers on right hand, blurry vision in one eye. There was no definitive diagnosis but they speculated maybe a “transient ischemic attack” also known as mini stroke. In the months after that I’ve felt fatigue/difficulty when talking, slight loss of coordination, weakness in my hands, tingly feeling all over body (including the head, neck, arms, legs), facial numbness, uncomfortable swallowing, difficulty chewing, feeling of tightening throat, face pain, eye pain, sudden bouts of the chills even when it’s warm, night sweats. I try to remain hopeful but it’s hard to believe you’re not dying when your body is giving you all this bad “information.”
My neurologist sent me for a brain MRI first which came back normal, now I’m waiting for approval from the insurance for a cervical MRI. I’m thinking it might actually be the neck, since for the first time a couple of days ago I started experiencing actual PAIN in my neck. Sometimes I feel hopeless and alone, wishing for someone to understand. Out of everything I’ve researched, cervical stenosis seems to fit most with my current symptoms. I’m 35, my kids are small and I don’t want to leave them without a father. Praying for a miracle.

I have the same symptoms your describing and interestingly enough , an mri of my cervical spine found modernade spinal stenosis so perhaps that's the cause of all the symptoms....who knows .

Been in clinical practice 35 years and in 1985 while doing my orthopedic specialty training read a 1984 text by George Ehni, MD. titled "Cervical Arthrosis" which Dr. Cantor will recognize as one of the first and best early texts on cervical stenosis - at a time when MR imaging was in it's infancy and very little was known about cervical stenosis as a condition.
Spent the first 20+ years of my practice trying to keep patients from spine surgeons for all the reasons Dr. Cantor explained but with the amazing advances in spine surgery techniques and now Diffusion MR imaging combined with Ultrasonic surgical approaches preserving the vital and complex ligamentous spinal support system patients can have much better outcomes and less post surgical long term disabilities.
Dr. Cantor: thank you for such a wonderfully understandable explanation of a very complex and common problem - even as a spinal specialist I learned some new concepts listening to the way you simplified this complicated condition and it is very refreshing to hear a spine surgeon explain what they do in layman's terms - not that common and I work with spine surgeons daily. :)

Ive had the laminectomy from the back side then two more fusions from the front after a few years. Left arm still numb and useless. Wish this newer technique was around when i had mine done.
My prayers are with anyone dealing with this. Stay positive and pray is the best advice i can give.
My cord is narrowed to 7mm as seen on recent mri. Disc replacement surgery scheduled on 11/11. So glad to be getting it fixed. It’s been 4 years of hell. Greta explanation. Brilliant doc. Thanks.

I have cervical stenosis, and because I broke my neck about 25 years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. I never had surgery I wore a halo so my neck would be in traction to heal. But now I’m like I said I have cervical stenosis a lot of narrowing towards my nerves and spinal cord that cause pain! It also causes tingling and numbness to where my arm goes completely dead, And also I frequently run into objects or even people because my balance is always off. Thank you for sharing this video it makes a lot more sense to me now, I am supposed to go see a orthopedic surgeon soon so at least now I understand exactly what I have🙂
I have Spinal Stenosis. when I had problems with my back several years ago, my Dr tried Traction first. I did that for a month 5 days a week . It worked and I'm glad I did it because I didn't have to operated on. I thank God every day for that Dr.

Doctors found stenosis in my neck 15 years ago, when I had a nerve pinched off in my arm. Went through physical therapy. I'm 55 now, have not had a doctor talk to me about my future, future treatment. Praise God that I haven't had any more pinched nerves.

Very detailed and interesting. I rarely meet someone who's had back or neck surgery that doesn't lead to subsequent multiple back and neck surgeries. In addition I only know two people who are really happy with neck and back surgeries, one with neck and one with back. Think before you let anyone cut on you and ask about negative possible outcomes. Well said. I don't know anyone either. All I've known is they wished they would have told them how much pain they would be in after the surgery. They're on painpatches and opioid meds. One woman I know had to go on a painpump. I haven't spoken to her since right after this whole P. Demic, and I sure hope she's ok. They had closed the pain management and I lost touch with her after that. Her message machine was full and no one answered. She had gone into the hosp for more sugery.😱
@@dedetudor. I aggravated my lumbar area herniations last weekend and finally got a massage appt today. I can hardly walk , but I would never consider doing surgery on my back. I healed annular tears before and I go to the chiropractor and do physical therapy and exercise and swimming.
Going tomorrow for appointment with a doctor going to see what moderate to severe stenosis is in my back. Scary but hopeful. I’m in a lot of pain. Say a prayer!

Wow...very impressed...had the surgery on my L5-6 and it was like a miracle....had I not had to fight insurance and had it done sooner I would not had nerve damage that has severely affected my leg. This guy reminds me of my surgeon Benjaman Crane in St Louis...awesome Dr....reason I viewed this is 3 years later the stenosis is giving me problems in c5-6 and getting servere pain in left arm....so here we go again....I wish I could rewind 59 years a be an orthopedic surgeon and help people because I understand the pain, its terrible.....dont wait folks....when in doubt, check it out!

Yes I had surgery...idk if it helped AT ALL. That was 8 or 9 yes ago. I've definitely gotten worse since
@@MacchiatoSwirlGirl so I had low back surgery because of pain radiating down button and leg. It was okay for a bit but the insurance company would not let them put the stabilizing rod in. I got MERSA from the hospital I was in and my back never healed. Then I reimbursed. I also have mid back and neck herniation, spkndlkysis, scoliosis and have had arthritis in my neck from gymnastics (balance beam) and 2 car accidents. The arthritis diagnosed at 21 years old. I had images 5 years ago and then did a recent set on my back and neck and the radiologist wrote my Dr and said there was significant detieration since last image. My Dr said I should file for disability and it would be granted on images alone. If I am brushing my hair or my teeth or similar activities, my arm just starts jumping around out of control. I've done a lot of infra red therapy and others to no avail. Many facet joint injections. I don't want to do surgery again to get rod in. Getting MERSA left a big hole in my back. I'm scared for them to open it up. The pain is awful

Thank you for this very clear and informative video. I had a laminectomy and fusion from C4 - C7 about 8 years ago. I was in 24/7 pain that was a 9.5 on a scale of 10. My surgeon kept wanting me to wait, wait and wait to have the surgery. Finally, he told me it was necessary to have the surgery and not wait any longer. It ended up being 10 years from diagnosis to surgery. The outcome was excellent. I now have level 2 or 3 pain most of the time, sometimes even less. Everyone involved said I should expect to have worsening above and below the fusion requiring another surgery later (which is why they wanted me to wait as long as possible). So far I'm doing quite well, but my MRIs do show worsening from C2-C4. After seeing this, if another surgery is needed I will know what to ask and what to ask for to take advantage of the new technology. You've done a great service here.

I was in a car accident 19 years ago. Shattered my T2 against my spinal cord. Had 3 surgeries to repair but the nerve damage from the injury is excruciating pain. He is explaining this better than anyone, but sure scares me! 😢😢

I have had Stenosis since i was 25 years old,i have 4 back surgeries, to no avail nothing has helped,I'm 54 now and can hardly stan up and have loss feeling in my private areas. The years have been a nightmare,also my 16 year old daughter was diagnosed with Arthritis in her Spine.....it has completely made each day to know my daughter will soon face this....my guilt over rides every emotion I have.

Thank you so much, you explained more than my surgeon who decided after two years that I needed neck surgery, being diagnosed with spinal stenosis with myelopathy I was shocked on the day of the surgery when I was asked if I wanted screws attached, he's the surgeon and he was asking me. I said no, hoping it was for the best, because he showed little interest in helping me make the decision. I no longer fall over but still have severe pain constantly from my finger tips to my shoulder bone area. My left hand is like a claw, numb and anything that touches my thumb or finger sends severe electric shocks all the way up to the inside bend in my arm. My right is the same though a bit milder. I can't thank you enough for explaining why my life is so difficult every day, by not being able to dress myself, and having my wife to sit me on the toilet to urinate, now I have a better understanding of my symptoms. I would gladly get on a plane today to see you to have you look at my hands in the hope they could be used again. I wish I had you to carry out the initial neck surgery at the time, so once again thank you so much Dr Cantor ....John (UK).
Good God! This surgeon has to be the very definition of an incompetent and cold, uncaring doctor!? #OMG. May I ask how long ago you had this surgery? And is it possible to have another skilled surgeon go in and do corrective surgery? Also may I ask your age?

I wish my physical medicine doctors could see and learn from you. I Have been diagnosed by several doctors with all type of spinal problems, including OSTEOARTHRITIS, CERVICAL (NECK) RADICULOPATHY, CERVICAL MYOFASCIAL PAIN SYNDROME, LUMBAR RADICULOPATHY, RIGHT CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME, and SPONDYLOSIS, but the only treatment that I have been receiving is Physical Therapy. The symptoms that I have like tingling and pinching, dizziness when looking up, difficulty to stand upright after sitting or laying down for more than 30 minutes are similar to all of those that you have described. Now I really know what is going on in my body. Thank you for this excellent video.
High insulin levels have been linked to excess bone growth. Stop eating all carbs and sugar, and only eat one meal a day. Even try fasting 2-3 days a week.

I'm 66 now and had surgery in January 2022. Left side is paralyzed but, I can walk with a cane. Surgery was c-2 thru 7. I would have died without the surgery. Thank God for Dr. Shenia No I hospital in Fairfax Virginia!
Best education I've ever had on spinal issues. I've got what one pain doc told me looks like the spine of an older construction worker.. Stenosis everywhere. Lots of pain chronically, but little loss of function. This video helps me understand why. And helps me know when the point might come that I've got to take the step toward decompression or other procedures. Excellent video
