    • @CCK_Law
      @CCK_Law Před 3 hodinami

      Hello! IBS is considered a medically unexplained chronic multisymptom illness, or MUCMI. 38 U.S.C. § 1117 and 38 C.F.R. § 3.317 authorize presumptive service connection for MUCMIs for Persian Gulf War veterans. This means that VA may presume service connection for a Persian Gulf War veteran with irritable bowel syndrome, provided the veteran meets certain requirements. Have a great day!

    The VA's process of deciding what is and what is not compensable via the C&P exam is largely useless. I am a prime example. I probably had 1-2 headaches per year until my last deployment. Our convoys drove directly through burn pits and we were exposed to other airborne pollutants and now I have headaches at least 2-3 times a week. VA determined I do in fact have headaches/migraines but the condition is "not service connected". Make that make sense.

    I have PTSD, no doubt about it. I was a witness to and subjected to brutal assault and other torturious methods while training in the military. The company was even court-martialed for abuse. The worse that came from this wasn't actually the abuse but the military taking away my opportunity to grow amongst a military career. I seriously believe if I had gone through a fair experience I would've not been injured and not sent out on medical and would've served my term, or even retired from the military in 2021.

Pancreas does not work or only at a minimal. Have to take enzymes every meal. But the gut dr won’t say agent orange. Because other patients have same disorder and we’re not in Vietnam. Ten year submarine veteran on old diesel boats and exposed to various chemicals in ten years and several visits to muddy water in Southeast Asia. My son in law told me to contact you about veteran’s lawyers. That settle when claim comes in on percentage of back pay.

      Toxic exposure risk activity, or TERA, is defined as “any activity that requires a corresponding entry in an exposure tracking record system, or that VA determines qualifies for purposes of this subsection when taking into account what is reasonably prudent to protect the health of veterans.” This exposure tracking record system refers to government programs that will track how service members or veterans have been exposed to various occupational or environmental hazards. I have had 30 plus years of issues with Kidney stones. I only this week found out that I could have claimed kidney stones as a presumptive within 1 year of separation. I obviously had no idea about this and am currently recovering from my latest bout. I am seeing a nephrologist right now and he is trying to figure out why I am producing so many stones. After 30 plus years is it to late to file a claim? I am concerned that this could turn into kidney disease. Let me also add that I was on Camp Lejune in 1984 for 10 weeks.

It didn’t help you find a way to boost your own disability rating the whole video to the point where she said that it’s basically in a nutshell strict. Almost impossible to get higher rating than 10%.
