Ingredients:
• 400 g "00" flour
• 250 g Manitoba flour (strong bread flour)
• 1 1/2 cup - 335 g tepid water
• 1 1/2 tbsp - 10 g malt (or honey)
• 2 tsp - 13 g fine salt
• 1 3/4 tbsp - 18 g fresh yeast
• 2 tbsp - 30 g extra virgin olive oil

Wow that's a lot of snow !! For a second I thought u guys had moved to North America !!! Side note Bay Leaf Trees are considered extremely sacred by some cultures around the world!!! The leafs can used in Purification and in cooking naturally !!! Managing any kind of land is not easy at !!! Next time please say a little prayer/permission from the tree before cutting / trimming it !!! I loved the way you two switched roles and luca u would make an amazing chef just Sarah is amazing at everything !!! Lovely to see how you are Getting Futures Tress ready to be planted !!! Italy is like New Zealand in that we have a very long coastline, high mountains down the "spine" of both main islands, and we are never very far from the sea. Both countries are stunningly beautiful.

My husband puts it together without instructions. If it doesn’t work correctly, he gets mad, swears and grumbles. Finally he reads the instructions and puts it together the right way.

Watching some chainsaw operation/safety videos on CZcams can be REALLY important, chainsaws can be very safe, yet a couple little IMPORTANT bits of knowledge can save you from wrecking the rest of your life in a split second.
I was so nervous when Luca was high up on that ladder. Great little chainsaw, I want one.

Wow, you used lots of wood in only a week. Lots of hugs, beautiful people. Years ago i had two fruit (grapefruit and orange) trees that died. Too expensive to get them cut so i bought a $45 electric chain saw and cut them down and cut them up all by myself, no protection, no knowledge at the age of 60. Crazy but i survived.
Bravo! Now you can use the Bay leaf covered branches to decorate your house for Christmas! Boy will that be a terrific aroma. Would love to wish you both a very Happy Christmas live!!!

Sara, most of the men i know in USA just jump in and start assembling....when it does not work OR there are left-over pieces they pick up the instructions or call a buddy for help......
When you cut the trunk undercut a notch and then cut from the top to meet the undercut. Otherwise your chain can bind and you will have a problem
The pine nut seeds are "sprouting". Just like they do with beans in water, they make bean " sprouts". Buon San Nicola!

I am from a logging family and am proud of you. Thankfully you both work safe. The most dangerous job in BC is a faller in the bush. This fall our son, daughter in law and my husband and I went out and cut firewood for our sons fire pit. My daughter in law and I decided we needed our own chainsaw so will buy a small one next year. :-) Sara and Luca you need eye protection at all times. When you are using a chainsaw small splinters can fly up into your eyes, you can actually see them in the video. Us girls like to see your handsome face too Luca. Revenge can be so sweet when it is not mean. Watching you two makes my heart happy. Watching and listening to you eat focaccia is making my mouth water. Your bread looks perfect too. I gave my grandchildren chocolate letters, fruit and nuts on St Nicolas Eve as I am from Holland originally. I can not see my 92 year old parents or any of my siblings or daughter who is in Mexico. I am grateful to live by my son and I have a wonderful husband, so life could be worse. Stay safe.

Happy Belated St.Nicolas Day. I used to celebrate this when I was a child. My step grandparents were from Germany and moved to Canada. They celebrated with stepdad and then with me. Lots of great memories.
This was so beautiful! The snow shovelling sequence was gorgeous! It made me want to shovel snow, and I live in Canada where snow is very much a reality. Nothing makes me want to shovel snow! You did! What a gorgeous sequence that was. And the deer, and the cooking, and everything! More people have to find out about you. Our tall Bays have been cut a 2nd time in 12 years. They grow back just fine and there are always leaves for my cooking on what remains.
