  • We are working on that upper body today with a back and triceps workout. We'll be using dumbbells for resistance to help build muscle, tighten and tone. We can't spot reduce but we can target the back and tricep muscles with these upper body exercises. Let's do it team!!

    3 back + tricep circuits (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds each)

      Hello and thank you for your help
      I'm going to ask you a bit more again, I always do the workouts with my gsm/handy and I have vision problems, so I don't really know what weights Heather uses.
      Of course I don't use the same ones, but I try to use the same order of magnitude as her.
      For example if she uses 5kg, I use a little less, 4kg
      if she uses 10kg, I use 8kg and so on
      If possible, could you indicate the weight of the dumbbells for each exercise?

    Thank you so much Heather for listening!🥰🥰🙏. I really needed these types of exercises. I had compression on my spine and had to have surgery to correct it. Lost some of my height and posture. But, since I found you, I’ve made so much progress. I completed your twelve week program and many of your disciplines.     My journey to fitness started 1 and half year back. Thank God I found u. I lost almost 30 kgs with u and walking..u r the only trainer I stayed consistent with. Everyday I finish ur routine before moving to skipping (I gained some weight during winter and this depressing corona times)

    Omg, I finally finish a whole week. All week I was working out inside my garage and I felt focus and ready. Made noise like " Is the time up yet?", "Are we done?". Man Daily / Monthly calendars are the best. And it's Free. That's all I needed. Plus targeting areas where I need more strength. I'm pretty proud of myself just to follow along.

    Thanks to you and your workouts I am a bit more limber and flexible! I had the hardest time touching my toes and that bend over back stretch. I have much less aches and pains too! Keep up the amazing work. My wife and I love your videos.

    her workout like this not intense are good for person with pcos. i don't feel bloated after doing the workout. i bet my cortisol level don't affected i love it.

    I did it today and it was perfect, I felt it on the right places. Heather you are my number one fitness guru and influencer, trainer. I love your workouts as they are challenging but not too "mad" and I also love the fact, you are not shouting at us (I understand some people like shouting to encourage them, but not me, I am not that kind of person). I appreciate the diversity! I prefere low impact workouts, but I can do also those with jumping as I always can modify them into low impact (thank you very much for your "how to" guideline for low impact modification). I look forward to next workouts!

    I did it right now...At first I was too lazy to start it but after a while of doing, my mood came up...I think just starting the exercises is enough in order to get a little fresh and then continue it to the end. Thank you very much for your excellent routines. ⚘🧡

    Wow,I seem to enjoy each session more.Got my new 12.5kg dumbell today and used them on the stand up press and the lift rowswap hands.Used mostly my 10s and 7,5 except for flies and scap only 5kg.Even did the tricep push stretch one fully(just).Thanks Heather!!!

    I just found your channel and it has been a godsend. I am recovering from achilles tendonitis and can't do explosive exercises or intense plyometrics. So many exercise videos incorporate that. Your videos provide a good challenge without high impact, thanks. Plus, you have good music :)

    Great workout Heather - loved the burn.
    But plz follow the same series with other muscle combos like - Chest + shoulder and Bicep + Legs. Would be great to follow a more advanced split workouts like this one.
