Australia is an amazing food culture.
This foodie visited Melbourne and also gave very reviews of our food scene.
Vietnamese bakeries and Turkish kebab shops are found all over Australia.
If you come to Australia forget about American tacos and pizza and taste real authentic food from all around the world.
Booo Melbourne! Sydney food is better
Plenty of good pizza and Italian food in general in Melbourne.
Bahn mi rolls are a big satisfying meal!
Originally with pate but often now with the cheaper mayos.
Vietnam food influenced by French colonisation... They are fabulous bakers
you gotta check out spanian, either a hood tour video or his its all eats videos
I worked in Granville for many years, and El Jannah became a Friday night tradition.
The pate and the pickled veg makes it, we have a Vietnamese suburb in Brisbane as well and it is worth the drive to eat a bahn mi pork roll! So yumchious! Mark can eat his body weight.
Marrickville is a suburb in Sydney, cities that spread, take in small towns, planned cities have suburbs so you can find your way.
Egg plant here in Australia, sometimes aubergine in other parts of the world: but brinjal in SE Asia.
my name is Tammy, lol, Im glad you liked the chicken salt lol
This bloke loves his food: certainly goes for the good food, making me hungry.
Pitta bread, goes well with the pickles & chicken.
I saw quite a few of Marks Aussie vids. He did some really good ones across Sydney and Melbourne. Hopefully he'll come back and do some other places in Aus too.
Banh Mi (and Vietnamese food in general ) is very popular in Australia, especially around the capital cities. It's also a very cheap affordable meal.
Also, I've been to that Chinese restaurant when i used to live in Sydney and that braised eggplant is amazing. I havent seen anything exactly like it elsewhere, yet. Even if you don't like eggplant this is amazing. Its crispy on tjr outside, sticky and slightly sweet and then just light and melting on the inside.
We have bunnmee cafes here in Perth, sooo good, love 'em.
Bro you should do the one we’re he gets a bbq in Melbourne 💯👌🏽
viet banh mi is one of the best things you will ever eat
great video mate
Comparing loaded fries to HSP is like comparing shit on toast to a pizza with the lot.
I used to live in Granville and it became a tradition on a drunk trip home to go to El Jannah, grab the fresh garlic sauce, then go across the street and get a HSP from the kebab shop.
I love prawn or pork dumplings, it's a lighr fresh meal, you should try them! He's very entertaining, you should watch his Tasmania lobster, giant crab etc videos too! 😋👍
he did a few in aus. you should check out the seafood one.
This is not a food chain. They are family owned businesses. The rolls are great.
Liked your content the flat bread is called pita or pitta depending on where you're from. You can open it like a big pocket. And egg plant is usually called aubergine 🍆 lol.
Do that bbq video with the 2 sisters
I thought the HSP came from the UK and I’m an Aussie. ❤️🇦🇺
love going into Melbourne for Dim Sims or a HSP
HSPs are disgusting, rather just have a normal kebab, with the chips (fries) separate. HSP chips ruin it and get all soggy, well the ones I've tried did so it's a no for me. Each to their own though.
Hmm, I've never had a HSP and yeah it does look disgusting. I'm with you on a great kabab with separate fries.
You obviously never had real Vietnamese Indian or Chinese food. You US guys miss out on so much.
Omg, seriously hard to listen to you call the meals he is eating something else.
Bread roll... not a sandwich!
HSP... not loaded fries
I couldn't watch anymore
Melbourne is known as the food capital of Australia not Sydney
Not letuce, chinese cabbage veg wombok, young around 6inches, large 2 feetlong, 6 to 8 inches across.
This one is actually bok choy (小白菜). It is sold in small bunches. The Chinese cabbage you’re referring to is popular in Beijing so they had to create two names for the different types but once you go South into Shanghai and Hong Kong they don’t tend to differentiate the name, they just put the word small in front to denote bok choy.
