Yes a bit dated, but basically we don't fill kids heads with unreasonable expectations, and are honest! More teachers are always needed here, you should check out the details of any skilled vacancies! More Wogboys! 😄👍
My year book included a comment from my physics teacher……..physics is OK but try welding! 😂 legend.
Mmhm, how much are you paid to spout that nonsense despite your personal off the book stuff.
You need to look at the airline one
Ahhh classic. I miss the old videos.
It’s superwog ya dog.
I'm happy to say that my classmates in high school in the 90s wouldn't allow any type of bullying, sadly that wasn't the same everywhere. A geek in my class has become the local police Sargent whose in charge of the dogs 🐕. He found himself a girlfriend who's his fellow geek. These days they're married with kids. We went to high school in Far North Queensland.
My neice married a lovely German gentleman who immigrated to Australia as a teenager. We 're about the same age. We all love him because he's such a sweet, cuddly teddy bear of a man. They had a baby boy a few months ago, I'm sure he's a warm loving daddy. Unfortunately he was badly teased for his accent at his high school in Western Australia. It was so bad he decided that he going to lose his accent.
I agree with David, you need to the airlines one
As an Aussie this would be true if they didn't give a fuck
They didn't care , our teachers were fuc-king shit back in the 80's in Australia.
Check out The Australia Day ones 😂
Agree - watch Superwog airlines
Use should check out the others.
The required training for starting teachers in Australia either is or was a Bachelor's + a Diploma of Education, though universities have been running double degree programs for about the last 10 years i.e. Bachelor of Arts/Science and Bachelor of Education combined. Primary Education (K-6) and Secondary Education (7-12) are separate qualifications with different study programs (we don't do middle schools). It's a four-year full-time program either way, and there's a significant component of workplace training in actual schools as part of the program.
Many teachers will do additional post-graduate courses to gain specialised qualifications during their career. Teachers need to be accredited to work as teachers and ongoing professional development is part of maintaining that accreditation.
If any teachers are thinking of moving to Australia to teach, I recommend first checking with the teacher accreditation body in the states you might wish to live e.g. New South Wales Education Standards Authority (or NESA), to find out about recognition of international qualifications and prior experience. There are English language proficiency requirements for people from non-English speaking backgrounds (check with accreditor for specifics). It is definitely a potential pathway to living here, as there are always areas with shortages of teachers.
Nonsense. My friends daughter is teaching yr 11,12 art at an exclusive school after two years of tafe( not university) and she has dyslexia. Our teachers are required a pass mark off 44% to begin teaching.
@@nicolemourad6558 Either they have have a completely separate set of rules just for art teachers in your state, or your friend's daughter is a teacher's aide, or she's tutoring.
Whether someone has dyslexia is irrelevant to whether they can become a teacher. People with learning difficulties can get degrees and have careers, they just might need support.
A mark of 44% is a fail in any uni course.
Teachers are needed here so you wouldnt find it hard to relocate to Australia. I have a friend who's an English high school teacher and she only did a bachelors degree. Depending on the subject you teach it may be considered as a skilled worker which is a requirement to migrate here if you are using your work experience to get a visa. Your kids would have so much more opportunity if they grew up here as the lifestyle is so different and you don't have to attend university to obtain a good job. As long as you have been brought up with good foundations and can work hard you can make a decent living.
Native Australian
A Australian? Its an Australian
So America just so you know
Wog
Wog is the same as your N word for people that don’t come from here
