One of my closest friends passed away a month ago. Star Wars was one of his favourite things in the world. We used to talk about every episode of The Bad Batch after it came out and discuss our theories for what would happen next. I only wish he could've seen the finale. Now that he's gone and this show has concluded, it really does feel like the end of an era to me.
I'm sorry :( I know that feels with my friend too
i'm sorry for your loss
my prayers go out to you
My condolences to you, and I hope watching the finale of the Bad Batch makes you cherish all the memories you have with your friend and moving forward.

May he rest in peace. You will always have those memories of discussing the bad batch. I know he would have loved the ending.❤
Hera, The Bad Batch, Season 1: "I'm sure I'll see you around!"
Now they can both be rebellion pilots together post Rebels, pre Ahsoka.
I hope we get to see Omega in Ahsoka, I would like to see Ahsoka's reaction to what would most likely be one of the last living clones
Omega used the same Cave that Ventress hid her ship and Clone X hid his
I’m glad the Batch got their happy ending and got to live free and grow old together as a family, but I just wish Tech could’ve been there with them, but he died so their happiness was possible, and in that, he will never truly be gone
He only died due to Saw, if Saw was not present at the base, then the Batch would have been completely successful

Are you autistic?
Hunter: "It's gonna be dangerous out there, Omega"
Omega: "Huntah, Heroes never die!"
*Revives Tech*
god damn it, you're super right
Nice touch to have Hunter's bandana as Omega's hair tie to show that while by blood the bad batch are her brothers in reality Echo and Wrecker were more like her brothers, Tech and Crosshair were more like her uncles and Hunter was like her father
I always thought:
Hunter was the father
Crosshair the grumpy uncle
Wrecker the big bro doofus
Echo the the old family friend
And Tech the god parent that had to do some hard yards (the flying scene lol)
Thank you Bad Batch, for everything
Still not sure that Omega is really sensitive to the Force but that no longer matters, she has the adaptive instinct and in the Rebellion that will make her a unique asset
I'm wonder, when we see adult Omega, do the events of this epilogue take place in the events of "Rebels"?
Difficult to say, Omega is clearly in her twenties, thirties that would surprise me, and Hunter hasn't aged much, probably early fifties but whether he is hugely younger than Rex remains to be seen. I would say that it could also happen at the beginning of *Rebels* as at the end. However the Rebellion is clearly mentioned so the Alliance must already be formed, putting us at least into the third season
A unique asset that ultimately means nothing once the elder Skywalker and Solo join the fight.
She's not force sensitive, Opress already make it clear but her dna is a good "scaffolding" for creating force sensitive clones.
Ventress already made it clear that Omega is not force sensitive, her dna though is a perfect 'scaffolding" in creating force sensitive clones.
I feel like they definitely left the door open for more shows based on Cooke styled stories and clone wars sequels
We're 100% gonna get a clone underground series, left on a cliff hanger when emerie said that she owes echo and the other clones her help
Plus, we still don't know what happened to Cody or how Wolffe met back up with Rex. If they do plan with going with a new clone centered show, we might see the early stages of the rebellion.
which is the idea. To have more spin offs to keep this animation going!
It’s very unusual to see Hunter with a beard and aged, but I’m very glad that they live peacefully and are always ready to return to battle again, for the sake of Omega.
Clones aged twice as fast as regular humans do. If he aged normally he would look waaaaay younger than Omega!
It's VERY unusual we don't see what Wrecker, Crosshair, and Echo look like in their old age.
am i the only one who thought the Bad Batch was gonna die in a similar fashion like Rogue One did?😂
I thought the same thing
We all thought they would die. Seeing so msny of then survive is something.
Our legends are getting old but it’s safe to know that none of them were brutally killed by the empire
Was expecting Rex and clone reinforcements to come. Also who were those shadow clones, something tells me one of them was Cody. We never learnt the identities of any as an additional shock factor. The facility was taken down suprisingly easily I honeslty thought wrecker was gonna die. Seeing the star destroyer next to the venators was beautiful. The ending was very satisfying knowing freed clones were able to finally live peaceful lives like Leqwainn
Shadows clones where random clones
You see one shot at the end where one of them puts their helmet back on & it's just a reg I think
@@Malik-1994 agree I don't get how so many people were mad their they was wrong of course it a random clones Cody is to important to die off screen or have little screen time.
Tech is dead people need to cope he not coming back I like tech but I move on I'm not one of those people who are idiots.
Cody and wolf will probably be in a new show
@TakakiM-sr1df was this supposed to be project necromancer. I mean what a dump of a reveal. It was hyped so much in both Mandalorian and this show. I mean I was expecting like Snoke or Palpatine but what was this!?!?! More zombies like from Ashoka. This made me sad that I waited 2 years for this. Why did we see that messed up creature in Season 1. Why do they need force sensitive children. Why did Palpatine consider this an abomination. I mean this was horrible.
I think the shadow clones were meant to be seen as what the Bad Batch could’ve been if they joined the empire
I won’t lie I’m 23 years old but man I did cry up a little and to think this series first came out back in 2021 feels like longer for some reason then that
The epilogue left me with tears. I hope we get to see Omega again. The chances of seeing the rest of the bad batch after the battle of endor might be slim but I'm still holding on to hope.
Well Rex was there and was a generation 1 clone, he was there at the first battle of Geonosis
I’m looking at Return of the Jedi to see if she pops up anywhere, like Rex at the Imperial bunker entrance…
I almost wanted Emerie's voice actor to play an adult Omega as they're both clones. Would've been fun hearing the voice actress channel Omega's optimism.
Noo they can't just make Omega old! We will never see her again if she just was 'a pilot' in the rebellion 😭😭
I've just seen a comment from someone who hopes that Omega will not join the Blue Squadron... 😭😂
@Naxosss It could be from a different squadron from a different rebel cell. I don't think she could meet Hera, but in another different circumstance from during or after war.
She should become a mandalorian
Anyone remembers how Omega was hated on? Back then I knew she should be given time. Especially after the first trauma of rampart destroying Tipoca City
And here we are, she is a lot better character now. That's sort of like the second Ahsoka
Seeing how her story is really left open, it wouldn’t shocked me if they did it just so they can expand open it if they introduce her in live action
Hunter was like a dad to omega
Such a beautiful ending! So glad they won their fight for freedom to grow "old" and Omega got to grow up! I wonder if we'll see her again in anything? Rebel pilot Omega!
This was nicely foreshadowed since Season 2. The rest of the Batch (sans Echo) wanted out of the war but Omega, ever since she met Chuchi, was clearly invested in the growing rebellion
This is one of the best series I ever see. Great final, great characters, great soundtrack, I fucking love Star Wars 😭
I really like how omega's ship is essentially a mini marauder, it's a shuttle class ship, it has a primary computer for data storage, analysis, slicing, and scanning that is located at the center of the fuselage (albeit not adjacent to the door like in the original marauder), a rear mounted turret that also doubles as a sleeping quarter, and of course gonky
rebellions are built on hope
seeing Hunter old is like looking at your old dog and seeing the white fur on its snoot.
WHERE'S CODY!!!! WHERE IS COMMANDER CODY!!!!!???
Where is Cody? Is he safe? Is he alright?
Why would they randomly cut to Cody after a long time? It’s called “the Bad Batch”😂
We’ll prob see him in the Rex & Echo show if there is one. Also rip tech Ig he really is dead now I thought he’d be that clone assassin
@@FavoriteAmrowho is the clone assassin?
@@FavoriteAmroyeah I thought he’d be the clone CX2 but apparently not, that dude was supposed to be the equivalent for Crosshair.
They’ll definitely create another show entirely for the other clones, as we barely have had a conclusion to Domino Squad’s story (echo being the last member with not much screen time in bad batch, and him not chatting about fives’ death)
The mission, the nightmares, they're finally over
How come Hunter aged like fine wine and Rex/Gregor/Wolffe aged like a sundried tomato 😂
I didn't expect to find you here lol but agreed 😂 Living on a beach planet does wonders apparently
hunter seemed to get an "early retirement" in pabu, while all of the rebels clones lived supposedly for a long time in the desert while also still trying to be soldiers.
Bad Batch has a better artstyle than rebels did, that's why. If we saw old Rex/Gregor/Wolffe in the BB style, they'd look alot better.
My guess is hunter may be a bit younger then Rex’s batch so he’s genetically younger age wise
@@curtailedbike4123 Or the genetic variance of being 99's leads to them living longer.
Hard to believe tech is really gone. Hope to see more of the clones in the future
Just glad the others are alive but RIP Tech 😢 your sacrifice will not be forgotten
This is something I cried. I cried because is like a father saying bye to her daughter, he loves her no matter where or how old they are. Seeing Omega still keeping Tech goggles already make me cried. I cried but smiling knowing that the bad batch has survived and won! Glory to the Bad Batch!
i never thought i would cry at the bad batch 😭🥰
I was so much crying, even when the episode started. That was too much for me but i am so happy for them all❤
Omega is a great star wars character. Very satisfying to watch!
I liked how we got a nice end to at least some clones. At the end of Clone Wars things are just so bleak and sad. Here we at least get a happy ending for some clones. Of course I think most are disappointed that we didn't see a continuation of some other plot threads, like if there was anything deeper to the "operatives" and what happened to Cody, how did Wolffe and Rex team up, where's Gregor, things like that. But at the end thats not what the story was always about. The bad batch in general is about clones looking out for clones, how their tragic story in SW doesnt end in Order 66. But how they deal with fighting without purpose. For many of them they remain in the Empire and life goes on as usual. But the interpersonal story told by the Bad Batch shows us that Clones got to finally forge their own path despite not being given the chance before. It makes them more tragic and beautiful as characters. Even through small acts like Wolffe helpng Rex despite technically being enemies. I like how they brought the story back to a focal point with the bad batch at the end without muddying it up with too many other plot points. First and foremost, this story has been between 3 main characters, Crosshair, Hunter, and Omega. Im glad we ended with a focal point on them.
What An ending to the series 😭🙌🏽
Look at how far she has come. We have known her since she was a kid who had never been outside of Kamino. Now she's all grown up and fighting for the rebellion.
What a marvellous character. I really feel like I'm able to relate so much with her. It's like watching a younger sister grow up and become an adult. Sad, but proud.
We will meet again Omega. Farewell to the Bad Batch
The whole show was a nice little coda on the Clone Wars, so with this last scene, it finally and truly feels like the end of an era. Sure, they could do a spin off of Omega joining the rebellion, but the story of the clones is over.
I'm happy to see Them able to finally settle down and live their lives with what little is left in it.
Though I would've also liked a ending where the Bad Batch died but we got to see Rex come in with a Venator or what not.
It's a shame cause it feels like they missed the opportunity of a large battle of tantis
This got me tearing up a little, remembering watching this show and the 3 year journey watching it and just having this end finite. Great
It’s a very satisfying ending! The only thing I wish was Rex and Wolffe joined the fight. That would have made it better. And I know this might be controversial, but I wish someone died. I had a feeling Hunter and Crosshair would die. But in the end a very satisfying conclusion! Hope we get more stories in the future. Still lots of questions unanswered.
It's cool to know that these guys were most likely still kicking when rex wolffe and gregor were fighting with the rebels
Hunter looking like Woods 😂
YOU CANT KILL ME!
Whatever you do, Omega, DON'T YOU DARE JOIN THE BLUE SQUADRON!
What a great series and story. I did not think form the start that it would be this good. The relationship between the bad batch members and Omega really got to me. Especially seeing Omega as a fully grown women at the end. Now I want more.
Wait, when is this? Hunter’s barelt age? A few greys in his hair? Rex, Wolf, and Gregor at least looked like they’d aged significantly in Rebels.
After rebels maybe?
Could be their genetic deviancy affecting the aging process.
I’d probably say a while before rebels, maybe close to the founding of the rebellion
Probably during the peak of the rebellion
Also the Bad Batch were a later and younger batch than Rex I think.
We need another clone wars style animation show asap.
I know in the old canon clones died in a blaze of glory fighting against the empire, but the new canon where clones were discarded and tossed aside also made sense, just think about all the veterans across the globe, being forgotten and forced to fend for their own.
With that being said it’s great to see the batch retiring on Pabu, now that the empire is no longer on their back after Hemlock’s death. After all the batch have been through they finally found a place they can call home and retire, a well deserved ending for one of the most decorated units in the GAR
You can see a small detail on omegas hair band its the same wich Hunter used during the clone wars and in the battle against the empire❤
Omega really does look like Jango's sister in legends...
Something tells me he was trying to recreate her as one of his clones. Given what Death Watch did to her.
It reminds you how shitting Kaminoans with the accelerating aging thing
Omega is older than the Bad Batch
I still see them as father and daughter
I think the only thing that I wanted to have seen in this series but it never happened was Boba Fett. Since season 1 I wanted to see Omega and Boba Fett meet, bc they’re both the only clones with normal aging. Omega even reminds us of this when she calls Cosshair her little brother, I just wanted to see how Boba Fett would react to knowing he has a sister who is probably around the same age as him, which also begs the question. Did they know each other back in Kamino, if she’s younger then he might have meet her as a baby. And now the show is over but hey who knows maybe adult Omega will come across her bounty hunter brother. Thinking about it now both Fennec and Cad Babe know Omega but her brother doesn’t.
Big big big respect for the creators to actually let Tech stay dead instead of pulling him out of their asses in some weird comeback.
I really enjoyed this final scene. I started the bad batch show late and when I saw how good it was I went back to its first season to watch and get caught up. But throughout the show I never could pin if they saw omega as a daughter or just another teammate. I would have been find make that decision myself but loved it when I saw that hunter had made that decision to be a father figure to omega and showing she always meant more than just a squad member.
Another childhood series has come to a close...
Its been fun
Clone Wars 3 October 2008 to 5 May 2024
A happy ending is really so well needed and man, I wish I had a dad like Hunter
The contrast between this Hunter and the one that was driving that turbo tank is night and day
Seeing all of them grown up and old was sad as shit 😭 all those episodes and arcs we saw were 20 years prior to this last scene...
I was hoping we’d see and Mandalorian IG-11 style Tech memorial statue in the square in Pabu, and now that I’ve thought of that, I’m sad it didn’t happen 😅
Hunter having to watch omega leave is heartbreaking for some reason
The music sounds like when you’re about to get a star in Mario Galaxy.
Adult Omega looks amazing
Our little Omega is all grown up 🥲
What an amazing ending ! This final season was simply a great story. However, I'm very sad for Scorch, he was only a pawn of the Empire in this whole series... I think we will not see another Delta squad member anymore
I gonna miss the Bad Batch

THIS WAS THE BEST
How old would we say omega is here? Just because im trying to figure out what year this is set in
Pain.
This scene takes place between the finale and epilogue of Star Wars Rebels which is why Omega never appeared in the show. I am sure her character will return somehow in future comics and tv media but at least Sidious will never know how valuable she was to make her a M-Count.
I really wanna know how long into the future this is and what part does she play in the rebellion?! Like is this during rogue one or like after?! Please tell me she keeps going atleast to return of the jedi or further
Aww..... She's all grown up.....
The Batch got a good ending especially crosshairs getting that hand fixed
she looks great as an adult

I wonder if omega knew about boba being a bounty hunter and tried recruiting him to join the rebels.
Boba was recruited by Darth Vader on the original trilogy so I don’t think so
@@Malik-1994 I did said she tried.
@@lukerodriguez9933 boba never mentions omega so no they don't met

Now we need a show about Delta squad
Omega is growing up
It’s a bummer this is the last season
Hunger reminds of me old and retired mason woods from black ops
I am happy with that ending, it hit my emotions like a truck and gave me a few heart attacks but I loved it. it was a fitting end to the era of the clones. but I will miss that side of star wars, we may never see another look into the world of the clones. the clone wars is finally over
also, petition to have a show following Omega on her journey as a rebel pilot:
That accelerated aging really did a number on him
If this takes place after the Battle of Yavin, it's been almost 2 decades. And honestly he looks good for his age compared to Rex.
@@TimberlakeTigerGirl he is probably younger than Rex by a year or two, being an experimental soldier and all. Rex probably served in the battle of Geonosis, so he is in the fight since day one
I was hoping Cid would show up in season 3 and pay for her selling out clone force 99 to the Empire especially after everything they did for her only to betray them to save her own skin and they were justified in leaving her when she didn’t bother to help them out I hope she dies in the next Star Wars show or in the comics.
Totally agree
I’m gonna miss this show and I’m definitely gonna miss clone force 99
Oh right, accelerated aging! I’m impressed they remembered that.
