He did, though with out Fives Rex couldn't of gave ahoska the key to finding out about the chips, meaning he wouldn't of joined the Ghost crew so they wouldn't be able to grow their part of the rebellion, ezra wouldn't of learnt some valuable lessons meaning lothal wouldn't be one of the first planets liberated from the empire

Tech being the one who taught omega to fly ,and now omega going to be a rebel pilot is a great touch as well.
Doctor hemlock death was easily the most cathartic death in the franchise ever of all time.

Nala Se’s sacrifice is the reason the batch can return to Pabu safely. Hemlock is dead and his research is destroyed, so the empire has no reason to hunt down Omega or CF99.
Probably just me but Crosshair bracing himself on Hunter made me think of how they are a family, and they support each other to get the job done.

This was one of my favorite moments. And of course he is ambidextrous, he's a weapons expert so shooting with his left was part of his training as well.
We all should have a shoulder to lean on.
4:08 - To this point, imagine being one of those troopers or scientists that has enough clearance to know that there's a Zillo beast in your facility, and then you're completely flabbergasted to hear and find children cuz you don't have enough clearance to know the Empire's experimenting on kids. Talk about compartmentalized.

I thought it was a great series. The destruction of Kamino was moving, and the death of Tech. They did a great job keeping the feel of the prequels while moving the story forward to the original trilogy. Very well done.
3:05 I'm almost certain Galen Erso named it Project Stardust, because 'Stardust' was his nickname for his lost daughter Jyn Erso.
Come to think of it, that's a little messed up to name a planet destroying genocidal weapon after your lost daughter.

I think the real reason was that Jyn could easily find the file detailing the failure he put on the Death Star
Yes Galen Erso named it stardust since he was the one working on it. He named it that so Jyn could find it.

@@smittydog164 He is a character from legends, there was a Halo like clone wars game with him in made in 2005
Scorch can be seen in the final shot of tantis as Tarkin arrives, it is tiny but it is definitely him. I think it’s probably just an animation error though. Similar to how clones killed in previous episodes of clone wars would often appear in the background of certain episodes.

My speculation that the inhibitor chip has damaged what ever humanity has left in scorch that killed him theoretically, yet what was left of him was a husk of himself getting ended and If you have a reply you wish to send go ahead and have a nice day 👍
I loved this ending. Each season was better than the one before. Long live Clone Force 99.
The scenes of the Zillo beast escaping reflect the scenes of it escaping on Coruscant. The mountain base is reminiscent of the Jedi temple in that episode.
Omega saying "lets complete the mission" has real Halo vibes

I love how this episode showed, that if the clones really try and use actual blaster shots instead of stuns, stuff unravels really fast for Hemlock and The Empire
Omega ,and hera could meet up in the rebellion both as pilot's! Imagine seeing them together in some future series!

The fact older omega tells hunter to keep an eye on wrecker and crosshair suggests both are perfectly fine. He seems ok at the end before the time skip where they’re all sat together as well. At least he’s alive when omega is older.
Yeh. In the previous scene, Hunter tells Omega that all the clones are now free to follow their own paths.
I think the point of Wrecker & Crosshair not being in the epilogue is they're all still close but not in each other's pockets anymore. Like school friends who go their separate ways but still remain close friends.
@@samuel3253 it's possible they went their separate ways too. Wrecker and Crosshair don't strike me as the sit at home type. And since Omega's an adult, they've been released from babysitting duties.
Hunter otoh, looks perfectly content to live out the rest of his days in peace.
@@rebelfighter5249give wrecker plenty of good food and he'll be content living anywhere. Crosshair has to be mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted and just wants to chill as a semi-hermit.

@@samuel3253 Hunter's sight may have been damaged by Hemlock's torture or the hightened skills are impacted by their fast aging. I like to think that Hunter, Crosshair and Wrecker are living as neighbours so they have separate homes but they're together as family.
Nala Se's tablet actually doesn't say WHICH way the transfer was going. Could have been something malicious FROM the tablet into the system.

I think you're exactly right about Thrawn coming to Tantus. Ever since we got the reveals of the Zilo beast clone and the mythosour one week apart I've been certain we are getting a Kaiju battle, Thrawn is gonna invade Mandalor and drop in the Zilo beast and the mythosour will rise up to face it. I also think project necromancer will somehow be recovered (revive from the dead if you will) perhaps that data pad was somehow thrown clear of the explosion and the data survived and they didn't find it until captain Pelion reclaims the base later.

I am so pissed that Tech didn’t survive. I was hoping he would come back 😢. However, it is a good point that Tech is a reminder of their mortality.
I enjoyed it. I am on the fence about whether I want to see Omega during the Rebellion, as a lot of it would seem forced in. I enjoyed the finale though.

Wouldn't it have been Galen Erso who named the Death Star project "Project Stardust" since that was his nickname for his daughter, Jyn? Why would Tarkin or Krennic use that name when the significance it holds doesn't exactly involve them?
Yes he was allowed to name the project but neither or Krennic or Tarkin knew the real meaning for that nickname. They must have thought it made sense because they knew what the Death Star would do to planets which is essentially turn them to dust among the stars.
Imperial bureaucracy isn't a friendly environment for family chit-chat, especially between teeth-clenched coworkers

I believe the clone prisoners died with hope and didn't want to die a prisoner or turned into basically a zombie.

There’s sooo many loose ends from the series as a whole for example. After seeing Rex and Wolfe face off earlier, I’m curious as to how they end up together in the AT-TE years later.. in my mind there’s still plenty more animated type series/ stories to be told.

I had just commented this because I didn’t see anyone else mention it. Then I looked further, so at least there’s a few of us that have enough tinfoil on our heads
we also briefly see that clone's head, he's just a reg
