You know what's kind of irritating in my opinion?
They were trying to play Velma off like she's the hero we're supposed to be rooting for in the moment leading up to Scrappy killing her. They tried to pull at our heart strings by making Velma be the one to stay behind when the guy coming in with the helicopter clearly stated that he was there to save her ass and a missile was on the way. I repeat. A MISSILE.
It doesn't take a brain scientist to communicate to a horrified victim in a horror or scifi movie trying to escape a ferocious killing machine that missiles have a greater chance of killing said forces and that when escape is presented to you, YOU TAKE IT!
That doesn't make you a coward. That makes you a person with common sense.
Velma's insult to Scrappy "never going to ruin Saturday morning cartoons" was so laughable in a bad way, I felt like laughing along side Scrappy when he joked about Velma "laughing him to death"

It’s different here, because Scrappy is the villain in Velma, so by default he’s a likable character.
Velma made Scrappy a likable character, now that he’s not the worst decision this franchise has ever made, Scrappy is gonna be the underdog (lmao underdog) I really hope they start doing more with Scrappy cause he’s got potential that hasn’t been harnessed yet.

I feel like I've witnessed something truly special here. One of the most hated characters of all time has redeemed himself by trying to stop something so much more horrible, disgusting, and vile. I'm so sorry Scrappy-Doo, we never should have shunned you.
People can complain about Scrappy as much as they want... But without him the show wouldn't have survived as much as it did to get as many spin offs as it does now. Like most Hanna Barbara stuff it'd been left to dust and rot.
Ps I also never had a problem with Scrappy. I enjoyed the weird period of Scooby Doo with red shirt shaggy, Scrappy, and Scooby doing things like 13 ghosts, reluctant werewolf, and ghoul school.

Animation is Good story line is 4/10 and honestly even tho the show is getting a lot of hate the creators did put in a lot of work and generally effort.Thats probably the only respect I’ll give throughout the show is the consistence. My major problem with it was all the bad Easter eggs and stuff.

Maybe the same government experiment thing , but instead of being just an adult scrappy that is dangerous, it's good and somehow Mystery Inc will be born..after velma somehow comes back.
