To give more context: Max World Record was first approved after reviewing the form, all perspectives and regulations. The world record was published online on the website of the World Record Organization and the certificate was sent to him. However, after a few days, the world record was disqualified due to the fact that as a Belarusian, he is not entitled to receive a world record due to the company's regulations.
That’s a shame on Guinness. Max deserved the record, and any future attempts to break the record are meaningless unless they beat Max’s attempt

This is an incredible feat and should be accepted regardless of nationality. Guinness world records shouldn't stick their nose where it doesn't belong. Breaking records should be allowed for everyone.
This is a total shame, a record is a record no matter the nationality of the person who does it. They are also assuminge every person who is from Belarus(even if he doesnt live there) is in favour of the war, which is not a true thing, but still we are not judging the personal beliefs but a performance in a certain thing,(Muscle ups).
This only comes to show that Guiness World records is only a business, and that their validation is not necessary and even useless, as you can be the best at something,yet if you dont pay them or belong to a certain country, they wont recognise your record.😔

Yes, they're just a business. However, I'm pretty sure they legally can't admit it (because you have to pay), due to the US sanctions.

My record is 16 ,fast, but with perfect form and no rest on bar. I whould love to do 20 someday . I will try it for sure....but i know the difficulty to get even 2-3-4-5 reps more with this good form .....it was amazing to see Max doing something like this. Also i know how good he is in reps , i know his past about calisthenics, competitions and much more things.....but it was a shame. For me it count's. I don't take seriously the Guinness company.... congratulations max!!!
His best consecutive muscle ups is 32. This is with rest.
Achievements like this should be honored and all other great athletes too. Its a shame what in the world we are living in. Some of great athletes come from Russia. No matter war or not they deserve better❤

I still remember when I achieved my first muscle up, it was a great achievement for me, only 4 months ago, now with difficulty I can do 5 muscle ups, I don't think one day I will be able to do 51 muscle ups without getting off the bar, tremendous achievement, titanic, worthy of admiration, you have all my respects

But these aren't consecutive tho, if you're allowed to rest... not saying it's easy obviously but if I'm not mistaken he had an older video where he got the muscle ups record by doing 35 in a row, and those were consecutive for real.
I think they allowed for less than 5 second rest on top of the bar

@ Maybe because of the Russia vs Ukraine war. Belarus is Russia's ally and there is a trend to sanction Russia and everything closely related to it nowadays.
@because of it's participation (as an aly of Russia they allow russian trops to come from their territory. From what i know - that is all of it, belarusian army isn't participating in combat) in war in Ukraine. Its really a shame in any form, but Max is also working and living in different country...
