    For me its obvious that without the straight leg kipping, Maxim wouldnt do 25+ reps, he starts with straight leg kipping from around 17-18th rep already..
    Only Michal didnt use his legs it seems, has some specific controlled eccentric phase but pull only from his back and arms I think

    • @cristokow552
      @cristokow552 Před 2 lety +3

      I want to say the same..
      J. Rubinstein did massive leg kipping and Maxin from about 17-18 reps did massive straight leg kipping with both of his trials.
      Michal has some specific, very controlled eccentric phase but it seems that he pulls it only from his back and arms, not using legs (only with 28th rep I think he used them)
      I wonder why people dont talk about it tbh, straight leg kip gives hude advantage with muscle up comparing it to the straight legs, no kipping one...

    Hey, how consistently can you increase your number of muscle-ups with consistent training?
    Why was it so hard in 11 months to go from 25 to 26?
    I guess the fact that he has the world record doesn't mean he will
    specifically train for muscle-ups .
    But is there a limit?
    Is there a number that from there and on it gets harder and harder to improve your record?

    • @claudioibanez4563
      @claudioibanez4563 Před 21 dnem

      lets start by a fundamental.
      you have to be fully committed to the goal and only train for muscle up. by that you should consider 3 key points.
      1. efficiency of the mechanics that you're applying.
      2. endurance training as emon's or pyramids.
      3. recovery and conditioning.
